Update Nov 2022 (again): I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. It's getting worse. I stopped through the drive-thru tonight and it was dead. Not a single car. They just released their Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder. I asked the girl in the speaker what sauces come on it. She simply replied, "I dunno." I asked if she could find out. She said, "uhhh, you can look it up online if you want." LOL. Okkkk. So, I just ordered it as-is. Got the double version and fries cooked to order. After a very long wait and being told to pull past the final window (even though there was nobody behind me), I checked the bag. Cold fries of course.. and it was missing one of the burger patties. (People, check EVERYTHING at this location before you leave.) Since I was no longer at the window, I was forced to park and come inside. There are literally zero customers inside or in the drive-thru and yet it took me 5 minutes of SHOUTING to get anybody's attention. The manager (I guess?) came up with that automatic attitude in her face. HERE WE GO. I pointed out that the BLT double quarter pounder was missing a patty.. and that the cooked-to-order fries were cold. She snatched the bag out of my hand and got into a little argument with the cook. After another very long wait, she eventually shoved the bag at me without a word. I checked at the counter to make sure the remake was correct. (Again, you must check EVERYTHING before you leave at this terrible location.) This time, the bacon was missing. Another 4-5 minutes of shouting to get someone's attention. The manager looked so annoyed. Mind you, this is currently the most expensive burger on the menu at $8 and I would like to try it as advertised. She got into an argument with me about the bacon and that I didn't order bacon. I asked her politely, "what does the BLT stand for in the New Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder?" She gave me a death stare and then went to remake it AGAIN. It's just not worth dealing with this location, but I'm not sure that any other location in the area is any better. I may have to break my lifelong McDonalds habit once and for all, which probably is a good thing to do anyways. Update Nov 2022: Just did a curbside mobile order. I asked the girl if she would wait a moment for me to check my order. She said, "if it's wrong, you have to come inside," and walked away. Wow.

Read moreAlright. Edit on my review. The first time I went here the speed and excellence came from the specific people working. There are two distinctly different shifts. If you get the good shift then the service is quick and the people are incredibly nice. The good shift knows me by car and name and are always quick with my order and it's always spot on. The young man at the first window who handles payment is always accurate taking my order and is always pleasant to talk to. However, if you get the bad shift the line will be long and slow. The woman who takes orders does not speak very good English and often will need up the order, requiring a delay at the second window as orders are corrected. She does not care if its right and does not check the food before handing it out the window. Unfortunately this woman is a manager and is very irritable if you have any issue with your order that needs to be corrected. I'm sorry if you end up ordering from this shift. I stand by my original conclusion, though. This McDonalds does good more than it does bad and always has fresh food. I do hope that they correct the issue with the bad shift though so they always do good.
I went through the drive thru as I was getting lunch at work. The line was fairly long but this was not at all due to a lack of speed on their part. The man who took my order had a hard time understanding me though I suspect their equipment is faulty as the screen that is supposed to display your order doesn't work either. He read my order back to me correctly though so all was well. I has correct change at the first window so went on quickly to the second window where they already had my order ready, everything was correct, hot, and delicious. The straw for my drink was in my bag and I was quickly out of the drive thru and off to my job to sit down and eat quickly. Really the longest part of the process was the ordering and like I said I suspect that was due to bad equipment. The whole thing probably took five minutes. The line looked daunting but went surprisingly fast and I was incredibly happy with the service and my food, will be using it again. Best McDonald's I've had in a long time,...
Read moreYOU KNOW ITS BAD WHEN THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT ISN'T TO THE STORE BUT DIRECTS YOU TO THE COMPLAINT LINE!!! Stopped in on my way to work and ordered an Egg White Delight for breakfast. I repeated myself like 3 times...The cashier rung it up as an Egg McMuffin. I asked her was it what I ordered and she said yes. I got to the second window and asked that girl the same thing. Was it an egg white delight. She said yes. I was in a hurry to get to work so I took their word for it...got to work and what was it? An Egg McMuffin...smh...ridiculous.
11/16/18: Now you know its terrible when you can't even get a yogurt parfait or coffee right!! the parfait is FROZEN!!! Like inedible...fruit rock hard in the parfait!!! And as for my hot mocha, ALL of the flavor was settled to the bottom! I almost threw up when I got about 2/3rds done with it. I knew they couldn't get FOOD right, but I didn't think they'd jack up a parfait or coffee. SMH. Somebody please come overhaul this place!
1/4/19: I'm officially done. This is usually my last resort when I don't have much time for lunch but this is the crappiest place. I only had 10 minutes left on lunch so I had no choice as this is the closest place...Old, cold, greasy fries is all I can say. If this is a part of what the franchise is famous for try not to screw it up. Tried to call the number to the store that's listed here? Disconnected!!! the number on the receipt is an 888 number that directs you to the complaint line lmao! I would be embarrassed to be associated with this place. It needs new employees, managers, owners, everything...or just shut it down. I'm officially done. Can't eat much there other than sides or chicken anyway. Just shut it...
