Ordered at 9:26 PM on November 8 from the 1860 Sandy Plains Rd branch. Was given a 35 minute delivery time. At 10:24 PM received a call from the driver, Saul, asking if the branch contacted me about my order. I said no. He advised me to contact the Branch, which I did. When I contacted the branch, the automated machine told me my order was on the way. Confused I called Saul the driver back. I told him what I was told. He seemed surprised. He apologized and said he messed up but gave no further details. Saul, the driver, indicated that he was not sure if they would remake my order as the store was about to close. I called the store back via the number that Saul gave me. The lady who answered the phone advised me my pizza was on the way. I told her I was confused as I just spoke with the driver. She placed me on hold, came back about 2 minutes later and advised she had just spoken to the driver and he is right outside my door. I asked if she was sure and she confirmed. That was almost an hour ago. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity displayed tonight by Papa John's will not allow me to use them again. They do not deserve the 1 star given. My wife is lactose intolerant but will indulge me by making the pizza "half no cheese". After placing an online order with the website, I have always called the location and asked for "half no cheese". I also saw a meal deal with cheese breadsticks which unfortunately she cannot eat so I wanted to change to plain breadsticks. Upon calling the store, I spoke with the Manager, Crystal. She told me that they could not edit the order because I had prepaid. After a heated exchange, she agreed to TAKE OFF the cheese from half of the pizza. BUT if she changed the cheese breadsticks, it would mess up her entire inventory and would ABSOLUTELY not change that part of the order. After I cancelled the order with her, my wife tried to call back and reason with her. Crystal was not at all receptive to her needs. We will not order from this...
Read moreThis WAS my expiriance We had a party at a local facility with 25 children. I ordered 10 pizzas on Thursday for a Saturday delivery at 10:45am . Friday, I called and confirmed again that the pizza would be on time for Saturday and they told me no problem since we gave them advanced notice. On the day of the party, at 10:50am I called and they told me the pizzas are not ready and they will be there by 11:25am. That was not going to work since our party ended at 11:30. So, we were left with 25 children and 20 parents without anything to eat.
SO MY QUESTION IS: HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS WHEN I WAS TOLD ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD, NO WORRIES . WELL, THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID . TRUST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN YOU DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND YOUR LOCATION LOST MY TRUST. IF YOU ORDER IN ADVANCE EVEN GIVING THEM 2 DAYS THEY STILL DIDN'T DO IT . SO BE AWERE...
