I have going to this location for multiple yeaes now. I just left there with the worst Subway experience in a while. When I walked in some young teenager was in the back on his cell phone. Came out asked me how he could help me WHILE still on the phone... after I told him my order he then said he would be right back and walked to the back and finished his phone call... seriously made me wait another min while he got done with what obviously was much more important then me the customer. When he got back he did not remember my order so I had to tell him again... why even waste my time if you arent listening? At that point he contined making my food while talking to another employee that came out. Had to reask me mutliple times what i said because he was distracted with his conversation. At the end I ask if he remember my Mayo.... he said no.
The teenager had dark hair almost down to his soulder. Wore his subway hat backwards and had braces... this child needs training in customer service...
Read moreI ordered today for delivery. I have never had an issue previously, but I will never go back to this restaurant. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips. All I received was 1 sandwich. I had to call the store 4 times before someone finally answered. The person who answered first blamed the other worker in the store. I gave him my order number and then all of a sudden he remembered HE made the sandwiches after all and determined that I was lying. He did admit that MAYBE he forgot to include the chips. I have no reason to lie about a sandwich and I am offended to be accused of such. His solution was for me to drive to the restaurant to retrieve the chips only. There is a reason I ordered delivery - I do not drive. When I asked the worker to not accuse me of lying and to maybe not throw his employees under the bus for his mistake, he hung up on me. Read moreWent in to pick up dinner and the toaster was broken (which would be fine) except I ordered a BLT and a meatball marinara, both of which need to be heated. They did not tell me it was broken before making the sandwiches and were just not gonna say anything I guess until I called them out on it. They were honestly going to give me a cold meatball sub with cold cheese and unheated bacon without a word. I thought that was a bit rude to be honest, they could have just said at the start and I could have selected things that don't need heating.
