WaterStreet Winery and Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Marine City

SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour continues. I was needing a destination. Wanted a decent day ride 🏍 that had beer. Noticed Waterstreet Winery & found they are also a brewery. Score. Great location, literally a stone's throw from the St. Clair River. Watching the lake boats go by is really relaxing. They are primarily a winery but also offer hard ciders and beers. The staff is very nice. The environment is laid-back. A copper ceiling, lots of wood tables and sturdy chairs. Maritime paraphernalia on the walls. This could be a seafood restaurant in no time. Unfortunately for me, and perhaps others, the beer is ..... sub-par. My first was the Golden Hour ale. The color of iced tea and just as carbonated. Flat as a floor. Too bad, the flavor was decent. Tried the Sunrise Citrus ale next. It had carbonation but the citrus is missing. It's a decent blonde ale without the aforementioned citrus. Can't see return trips...

💕👍🏻😁🍷 Absolutely ❤️ TWO RIVERS WINERY! Any time my friend and I are near Marine City it is a given that we will be stopping in! Customer service is top notch! Always a great time and you just can NOT leave empty handed! Wine there is so amazing! Tried the slushy tonight, delicious! And bought a tagawine to commemorate the evening. Their wide variety of wines is amazing. Their Pinot Pickerel pairs extremely well with smoked pulled pork. Their 3 Daughters is excellent with a perfectly grilled ribeye steak. They have a Jalapeño infused wine that is great with Nachos. To simply say they have a wine that pairs well with everything. I truly enjoy pairing their wines with all different foods. I haven't found one yet that doesn't pair well...
