What a crappy Starbucks! First, I ordered on the app. Waited well over 20 mins to go get it just to make sure when I clock out for my 30 Min lunch break I wouldnt have to wait on anything, as I have in the past. My stuff, minus the spinach & feta wrap are on the counter. The lady informs me, "oh we are out of those" & continues to tell me how they only have a couple other sausage based items to choose from. No thanks, I don't eat that. I request a refund & now I'm scrambling to think where to get lunch in the 15 mins I have left. Just kidding.....she sends me to the SERVICE DESK to wait in line to get my $4.95 back. Are you kidding me?! What a crappy way to handle that. Why is the customer further inconvenienced because y'all could t notify or call me before I came OR....JUST REFUND THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD!! Then ended up having to stand in that line for the remainder of my break :( Who wants to deal with that for overpriced microwaved food? I got it to be convenient but if it lacks convenience,whats the point? The lazy lady couldn't even be bothered to warm up my Pumpkin bread, she couldn't even be bothered to take it out of the damn wrapper! C'mon man all this for $23 and then had to jump through hoops? I'd skip this location & go to the one near Pet Co. They are awesome! Can't even get compensated or a free drink or nothing for all the issues they just say "screw...
Read more1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under charged me. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, I'd just give them a bigger tip. Moving on... I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny little drizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was being generous as it was and that they didn't charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didn't understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating? She didn't know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in and fixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. Read moreI came to Starbucks because it was red cup day and I was wanting to get holiday drinks and order to get the free Starbucks cup with the order. I called in advance to make sure that this location was offering this promotion and they confirmed that they were. When I arrived I specifically ordered holiday drinks and did not receive the free cups with the order. I told the employee and she had to check with her supervisor that my drinks qualified as holiday drinks. Even though I told her prior to ordering that I was specifically ordering holiday drinks in order to receive the promotion. It was just frustrating to have to reiterate something that the employees should be aware of. The drinks were great though and I highly recommend the white chocolate hot chocolate and the pumpkin spice cold brew. From now on I will visit the primary Starbucks location in my area instead...
