Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marion

Went through the drive through, as someone who has worked in customer service most of my working life I am very patient. From the time I placed my order in the drive through to the time I got my food, not counting the time of the car in front of me it took 20 minutes which if the food was good quality I would have been fine, but we got back to the house to eat, my breakfast quesadilla was burnt and barely had eggs OR bacon in it, I didn’t get the hash brown that comes with the combo, all of the nacho fries were stale and lukewarm like they had been made the night before, and re heated, and the potato’s in the spicy potato burritos were hard as rocks, and also cold. So my friend and I drove back I went in and explained that again, I work in customer service I’m not mad, and am willing to wait for fresh food and that he did NOT have to make my quesadilla because I had eaten it because I was very hungry. because of (insert above list of issues) he tried to give me JUST potatos and 2 fries with no hash browns missing two more orders of fries, again working in customer service if I give someone a steak and half of the steak isn’t seasoned correctly I’m not going to remake only HALF of a steak, I was really very patient and he was nodding his head like he was listening and when I asked him, the food that is wrong is still in the bag you can check it and remake It or you can throw it away, and he told me to throw it away, I am sitting in my living room writing this review because I’m still missing two of The breakfast items because we placed the order at 1050, and it was 1103 when I came back and they weren’t making breakfast items any more, I really do believe I was more than patient and forgiving but I do not recommend this location to anyone at least for...

I love Taco Bell but will not go to this location. For a week straight they told me they didn’t have items. Let me mind you I go at 9:30 at night because I work thirds. One day an employee told me they didn’t have beef for a Mexican pizza so the next day I ask again they said we don’t have cheese. Day three they said we don’t have shells I have worked there I know you can fry them in a few minutes. Day four I ask again they said they are out of Mexican pizzas they was waiting for them to arrive on truck the next day. Day five I’m excited thinking I’m going to get a Mexican pizza wrong they tell me they can’t do it again. For a month I was told different things to why they couldn’t serve potatoes, Mexican pizza. So now I have to drive a different direction when I work next to the one on Delaware avenue to go to the one on Main Street. This is crazy I asked a Taco Bell employee who worked there why they always tell me they don’t have anything she told me simply because they don’t want to cook anymore food because they are cleaning the store to be closed for the night and they don’t want a mess or more dishes. I'm going to get strait to the point. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I go to Taco Bell for a very specific order to be honest and if I had to average it, I'd say I go about two to three times a month. That being said, every time I go i get the same thing, two steak breakfast crunch wraps with extra sauce and occasionally i get a sausage one. There's a different issue about 7/10 times i go to this place. They're never open on time, I PAY for extra sauce in my wraps but barely get any sauce in them some times and the most frustrating thing is, when I go, it's usually about when they open and there's NO CUSTOMERS. WHY IS MY FOOD EVER COMING BACK WITH POOR QUALITY OR DOWNRIGHT INCORRECT IF I'M THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. I digress. I'm good on this Taco Bell even though there's nothing else really good that's that close....
