Burger King — Restaurant in Marion

Had a better experience here at Delaware Ave location. I came through cringing from the experience i just had from the Mt.Vernon Ave location hoping i wouldnt be told they were closed early too (bc thats all you seem to get anymore from the other location) and Shawn came on the speaker polite as ever and asked if id like to order. Relief as i ordered that they werent closed and then i pulled around. He greeted me with a smile and got my change, then i asked how many workers they had tonight. He said 4..i laughed and proceeded to tell him what happened at the other BK location and that they closed down due to having only 4 ppl and went on to tell the rest of what happened and afterwards(if you want to know the backstory go to the BK on Mt.Vernon Ave. Page and read that review). Shawn listened to me as i vented about the other BK location. He said he would be glad to help me to just come on by and he will make sure my experience is always 1000% there even if it is further away from my home. Ill GLADLY go the Delaware Ave Location bc i have never had an issue there whatsoever. Hot food, good service, ALWAYS OPEN DURING THE TIMES STATED AND DOESNT CLOSE EARLY ALL THE TIME MAKING YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE FOR NOTHING JUST TO SEE THEYRE CLOSED ANYWAY BEFORE THE TIMES THAT ARE POSTED. If you eat at Marion BK..eat at the Delaware Location. The one on Mt. Vernon always has something going on and isnt open half the time. Food is cold and customer service is super awful with all the ghettoness they allow there!! Make the extra trip to the other one. Its worth it. And see Shawn!!! After today’s experience I sure won’t be back to this location. Stopped for lunch placed my order. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food. When we got home. The cheese was definitely not melted on the cheese burger. And my whopper after one bite; which I must point out I COULD NOT SWALLOW; because 1 the meat wasn’t fully cooked. 2. The taste was foul. The other two whoppers were sadly the same way. Definitely NOT fresh from the broil and not cooked. As I stated the kids meal cheeseburger sure didn’t have melted cheese. The bitter taste the cold fries left in your mouth it was very apparent the oil has not been changed in quite some time. I attempted to call the store 3 times and got no answer. So we ordered pizza and I called Burger King guest services. I get it’s cold outside. But what does the temperature outside have to do with a undercooked bloody whopper?...

The general manager whom was bagging the food as I was sitting out the window paying wiped her nose with her hand, and I said something, and it became an issue when she came out to my car with the food, proceeded to get smart with me, saying just so I know she sneezed in her shirt when that was not the case because my eyes work very well. She could’ve just remade the food and went about her business, but she proceeded to have an attitude and refuse a refund. Unprofessional because I called her out instead of owning up to her mistakes.
