Cinnabon — Restaurant in Marion

The food and atmosphere...5 stars. However, the service...1 star. The person serving this location today may not be cut out for a customer service job at this time. We were initially told that all they had was what was in the display case. There wasn't much there. However, we noticed the oven that was behind them was on, and it showed a timer that was ticking down. I proceeded to ask if they were going to have anymore cinnamon rolls available, and then it was stated to us that there were, but they were still baking. I said that's fine, we can wait. That seemed to not make them happy. We understand on Sundays, it's probably busy, especially with today being Father's Day, so there may be a wait to get what we asked for. However, we felt like we were inconveniencing them since we asked for Cinnamon rolls that weren't prepared and out in the display case at the time...

Tried to complain about our experience but there was no store location for this one on website! There was only 2 rolls left & she was standing there not making anymore! Which is her literal job! We asked if we could get the 2 pack price being thats all that was there & she saud no she couldn't do that! She was super rude like we were bothering her! We asked if she had more behind counter she said whats there is there! Card reader wsnt taking my card & she didht offer ant hrlp what so ever! Finally i said i can stand here all day...

Since Terre Haute's closed down, found one on our way to Marion. EXCELLENT! Friendly staff! Will make this a a stop on our travels to Marion. My daughter loved the minis and of course you can't go wrong with an original oversized gooey...
