Subway — Restaurant in Marion

This is honestly the worst Subway I have ever been to. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. The girl didn't know how to make it. She made it wrong and had to remake it. I ordered kids meals for my kids. The girl also said she didn't know how to make these. My dad tried to order a sandwich, they were out of several things, and then the girl made his sandwich wrong. I sat down to eat (we were traveling from Illinois back to Michigan) but my dad decided he was fed up and said he was going to run through another drive through. He left me his card so they could process a refund and low and behold, the girl didn't know had to do that either. Another girl came out from the back, apparently new as well. She didn't know anything either so they had to contact management. This is honestly just such poor management. I'm not sure why you would leave the store in the hands of new people that don't even know how to make one of the most signature subs on the menu, kids meals, or even process refunds. I had been in tonight to get my usual sub after school. The women behind the counter while new to the shop had assured me through out my entire ordering process that my sub was a pro, I've order this many times before and what she was making was not a pro. Went in to buy gas and some subs. Unfortunately the cashier for the gas station was walking freely back-and-forth between their counter and the subway counter with no mask on.
