This is honestly the worst Subway I have ever been to. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. The girl didn't know how to make it. She made it wrong and had to remake it. I ordered kids meals for my kids. The girl also said she didn't know how to make these. My dad tried to order a sandwich, they were out of several things, and then the girl made his sandwich wrong. I sat down to eat (we were traveling from Illinois back to Michigan) but my dad decided he was fed up and said he was going to run through another drive through. He left me his card so they could process a refund and low and behold, the girl didn't know had to do that either. Another girl came out from the back, apparently new as well. She didn't know anything either so they had to contact management. This is honestly just such poor management.
