Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Marion

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Okay food. The girl that took our order sounded like she would rather be anywhere else. Quick answers and I didn't even get to finish my order before she cut the screen off. The guy that brought me my food, when I asked for a fork, (that they forgot to bring), said he'd be right back, but nope! Never came back! I then opened my hamburger to find the cheese stuck to the wrapper, barely even touching the burger, they forgot the onions and mayo.. Normally that would not be that big of a deal, but it took over a 1/2 an hour for them to get it to us. My daughter's was wrong too. In the meantime, I wanted to order a water. But they didn't answer the call button for over 15 mins! Saw people walking around inside, looking out the windows, but only a couple of girls doing most of the work. My husband went up to the door, gave a quick knock and let the know we needed help. They looked at him, said k and walked away. When I finally ordered the water, after waiting even longer, I saw that were going to charge me $.80. I asked if, since we had now been there 45 minutes and still didn't have our food, could I have the water for free. She didn't respond to me for about 20 secs, then just said, NO. Well when we got our food I paid for everything except the water! If we hadn't been so hungry and driving through I'd have left and gone somewhere else! I feel sorry for the people...

My aunt and I were coming back from Memphis, TN and we both kept trying to place an order on the app through the order ahead feature and it just would not work. It wanted us to buy a gift card or enter a new credit card and was not letting us pay period. So I called the store no one picked up so I figured they were busy. Then I walked in the doorway to ask for a manager for some help. The younger employees looked a little freaked out. One young lady went and got a manager. She asked me if I could step outside and wait and I said sure. The manager came out and I told her bout the problem and showed her on my phone that it just wouldn’t let me place the order. She explained about placing and order before the final hour of business or else the app would not let you.

She was so nice her name was Brandy I hope I spelled that correctly and I asked her if the Caraways still owned the west Memphis and Marion locations and she told me they did. So not to much has changed. Great people! Oh and since we had the problems the manager gave us our drinks anyways so that was a very special level of...

I wanted to update my review as i eat at sonic almost everyday and i will have to be changing that. One reason i went for lunch on my break sat there 22 minutes after i buzzed back asking about my order they informed me they had forgotten to make it and refunded my money and brought me my food. No big deal besides i was late getting back to work. Second reason i decide to take my daughters to eat dinner tonight and a car blasting music pulls up beside us and a man gets out walks inside and talks to everyone then what do you know he has food coming out and milkshakes before i do i ordered $25 worth of food got no chili on my $4 chili cheese tots and my daughters milkshake kept leaking she peeled the sticker off the cup and there was a hole in her cup they had covered instead of giving her a new cup.... Very dissatisfied we use to love sonic i dont understand what has changed but it is affecting business. I left a 4 star review 10 mths ago and now over the past few months hating leaving...
