Do not recommend!! I have visited this restaurant probably 30 to 40 times on the way to the lake, weekly for the last three years. Never do they smile, say Please or thank you, or acknowledge you even exist, other than to take your money. Often they leave out straws and napkins, but today I didn't feel like getting out of the car to get my straw, I was sick so I went through the drive through to try to get some food and feel better. I had to get out of the car. Go back in the building. There were no straws or napkins available in the lobby. No one was at the register. They were all congregated by the window chatting. I was very upset I had to get out of the car when I didn't feel well, so I tried to call and get them to bring it to me in the Carry out section. The phone went directly to voicemail. No one would answer! I went into the building. I asked someone to please give me some straws and napkins that they had neglected to give me in the drive through. What is the purpose of a drive through, If you have to get out of the car? Then the Employee that was at the window that made the mistake headed toward me with straws and napkins, and then he started to hand them to me. I reached for them, and he pulled back and said, "Don't snatch them!" I told him to give me my straw. He laid it on the counter, I picked them up and left. I let him know I would be doing a google review on his service and the service I received at this location. I am also going to notify corporate. Read moreThis location is unfortunately one of the only 24hr restaurants in the area. I, like many others, work during the nightime. On June 28th I visited this location and was met with an abnormally long line. As I approached the speaker it became apparent why the line was backed up. The store had closed the lobby (even though a 24hr lobby is excessively advertised on the sign and windows of the store) and was only allowing customers to order through drive through. I placed a mobile order and because of that, had already invested money in my order. When I arrived at the speaker after approximately 20-30 minutes of waiting, I was met with another 20 minutes of waiting. The vehicle in the second lane next to me had been waiting for a longer time and had also not received a response from the employee designated to take orders.
I drive a large vehicle for work, and eventually assumed that the employee failing to answer the speaker was because I had simply pulled too far away. Assuming this (and knowing my order was already in their system) I pulled up to the window. Once there I spoke with an employee who was very unhappy. It seemed that this employee may have been the only employee in the store at this time, as I know it isn't uncommon for management at these chains to "keep labor down" by placing an unreasonable amount of work on one person.
However, this service experience among other similar reviews and similar experiences I have had myself with employees and management both seemingly unaware that customers exist has earned this location a poor review for service. Food was fine by McDonald's standards, I don't expect...
Read moreby far the worst experience I have ever had at this Mcdonalds to start off I ordered my food on the app and did curbside pickup I ordered 2 McChickens with mayo only I got my food rather quick which was nice but sometimes it's too good to be true and this was one of those times I ate the first sandwich on the way to my hotel and it was beyond stale the chicken patty was so tough like it had been sitting out for hours and the second sandwich was the same way but it had lettuce on it after I ordered it with no lettuce so i returned back to the location went through the drive explained what happened I was told to pull up to the window and had to explain everything all over again then they asked for my food back which anyone in fast-food will tell you that once it was handed to me you are not to take it back just remake the food or refund it and to which I am assuming the manager Brit came out and said she would only remake one sandwich and not both and tried to argue that it had been 24 minutes since I'd left the establishment it does not matter how much time it had been since i left the order was stale and the whole thing should of just been remade along with an apology so i ended up calling corporate and filing a complaint against this location for rude service and lack of quality in their food (DO BETTER!!!!!!!!) and maybe fire brit because you should not have someone with that kind of attitude...
