Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Marion

Went out for fathers day dinner and we were definitely disappointed.... We were set immediately upon arrival but went downhill after that. The restraunt was mostly empty aside from quite a few workers hanging out in the bar area. This all occurred around 5pm. Requested guacamole and queso when chips came, only received queso. After about 20 minutes someone came and took our drink order. My husband only received 1 of the 2 drinks he ordered. Waited another 25 minutes and someone came to take our food order. It was only about another 20 min to receive our meals but half were wrong. My husband's was missing the pico/salad part of it and was just cooked hamburger meat in the chimichanga (the menu referenced it as large and it was very small). I ordered the same thing with chicken but mine came with hamburger meat in it only as well and was missing the guac. My oldest daughter ordered the kids cheese enchilada with no sauce but it came with the spicy sauce on it. The other 2 children received their orders correctly. When we finally saw the waitress again, we informed her and she said that's just the kitchen. Gave up and all swapped meals. Definitely do not recommend. First time I've ever tipped less than 20% and was surprised how bad everything was after being so good last year. Will say the...

I absolutely will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have never had an experience as bad as I did at this location. It took forever for our food to arrive. I specifically asked for cheese pizza for my daughter who is vegetarian and they brought pepperoni. I told the lady and she took it back. She brought it back out with the large pepperonis pulled off and they poured cheese dip on top of it! My order was completely wrong when I ordered a vegetarian meal with 3 buritos and I received a quesadilla with rice. My other daughter received 2 cheese drenched burritos and said hers was wrong as well but she ate 4 bites of 1 of the burritos and didnt receive her rice. When I involved the manager she informs me they dont have cheese pizza after I have already sent it back twice. Then after everything was said and done myself and my 2 daughters didnt eat. But my wife took hers to go and my other daughter ate her food. So 2 taco salads and 2 cheese dips and a meal my daughter took 4 bites of with drinks costed me $52 with HORRIBLE service. Hair, Hair, Hair!!!!!! I ordered the fajita nachos and discovered hair in my food. I showed the waiter and although I was not expecting to have the order taken off completely I was expecting some sort of discount. The waiter told me the manager said No, that I would have to pay full price. Please note the manager did not come to my table to apologize or to check and see if everything was OK until my friend asked for the manager. When the manager finally came to the table, she did not seem to care about the customer, her words "to much has already been eaten from the plate we can not take the order off your tab" "I then told her that the hair was discovered and was at the bottom of the food mixed in the cheese sauce. Just because there is no hair on the top of the food does not mean that there isn't hair at the bottom." The owner then came to table rude as ever after being told this would be posted and stated for me to do whatever it is I have to do and to leave his restaraunt and if I didn't pay for the food he would call the police. I will never ever support this...
