I visited today and left feeling very disappointed with the food. We ordered two pizzas, and unfortunately neither delivered the quality I remembered from the past. The crust was extremely thin and lacked flavor. The cheese pizza was the only one that came out reasonably okay.
The âAngry Hawaiianâ we ordered was a major letdown. We specifically asked for half without jalapeños, but that request was ignored. The pepperoni was dry, the pineapple tasted old and overcooked, and the only real flavor came from the BBQ sauce spread across the top â aside from the overwhelming jalapeños we had asked to avoid.
What makes this sad is that I used to be an avid repeat customer under the previous ownership. I often brought friends and family and recommended the place highly. With the change, the pizza quality has declined so much that I can no longer recommend it.
On the positive side, the restaurant interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were excellent â attentive, friendly, and on top of refills. They deserve credit for their service.
I truly hope management considers returning to the quality and preparation style of the previous ownership. As it stands, I wonât be coming back, which is disappointing given how much I once...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place since I live close and my family loves NY style pizza and Iâve given it three tries. My issues with it are: 1) the chairs are terribly uncomfortable unless youâre skinny skinny. Theyâre those metal ones with the bars on the back side and they hurt a lot. 2) the pizza is very greasy and flimsy and not at as good as it could be. 3) the last two times in went they said they no longer sell slices unless for lunch. What a bummer because Iâd like to eat more than one item from the menu. 4) the tables are dirty and the staff isnât very attentive unless itâs really slow. They try to pack the house every chance they get and is more like a sports bar, the atmosphere isnât inviting and the lights are really bright. You can tell a man must be in charge of all that. The potential is so high I hate to see yet another business in this town reach less than their potential but alas...
Read moreIf youâre looking for a spot that feels like home and serves up some of the best pizza youâll ever have, this is it! From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with friendly faces and that amazing smell of fresh dough and melted cheese. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and you can tell they use quality, fresh ingredients.
Itâs not just the pizza that shines â their wings, garlic knots & fried ravioli are top-notch, too. Any thing that includes the Gojucjang Sauce, should be at the top of your list to order. Great service, and everyone makes you feel like part of the family. Itâs the kind of place that reminds you why small-town restaurants are the best â heart, flavor, and a personal touch you just donât get at big chains.
Whether youâre grabbing a quick bite and cold beer or sitting down with friends and family, this little gem never disappoints. Highly...
