Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marion

Although i was missing some wings and had little sauce last night, when i called back today i had the best customer service. The employee was extremely kind and made things right immediately. Thank you for being one of the few places with this excellent service!! I wish I knew who the employee was but it was a young girl working night shift. She deserves to be in management position bc i cant say anything but great things about her! Please look up my order and see who put my credit on my account to make things right and give her kudos and let her know how thankful i am for her kindness. Its so sad to say, but good customer service these days are hard to come by. Theres very few that still have it and your location is beyond lucky to have an employee that cares ad much as she does about not only the business establishment itself, but their loyal customers as well ensuring they have a good experience and very empathetic on issues that im sure was purely a mistake as they were s bit busy. Thanks to her this location has became my favorite and by far and will always order here for now on. Please please. Please give this young lady the promotion and kudos...

When I arrived to pick up my order, they explained to me that they had given my order to somebody else. They told me they were going to remake it and give it to me fresh. They also told me that they were going to comp one of the cookie pizzas that I had ordered because of what had happened. They asked me to pull up or come back in 15 to 20 minutes. So I pulled up to parking spot number one. I waited for 25 minutes and nobody had come out and brought my food so I drove back around to ask about it, I was told that it wasn’t quite done yet. It would be about 3 to 4 minutes. So I waited, and when they gave me my food, they had shorted me a large stuffed crust, pepperoni pizza. When I told the lady this, she told me she was very sorry she would give me a credit on my account for a later time of $25. I was frustrated because that was supposed to feed my children for dinner but I said that was fine. I have not gotten any type of credit or refund for the $25 or the cookie pizza. I was still charged almost $65 for my order and I didn’t receive it on time or all of it. I am extremely disappointed in my Pizza Hut experience last night...

Update:10/11/24 1st shift is HANDS DOWN CONSISTENTLY the BEST! Request extra bake, and get PERFECT deep golden crust! W/chicken PERFECTLY coated. NOT drinched, drowning, swimming, or skimped. Can't ask or get better than that! Immense appreciation!

6/8 Removing a star. PLEASE, stop skimping on SAUCE. Ive had 2 personal and 1 large this past month rendered USELESS and sauceLESS.

Today I update my review to give 4stars food and 5stars service. 1st shift ROCKS on SERVICE AND BREADSTICKS!! THE BEST! I mean, YUM, nice and evenly buttered or oiled(likely oil)....
