Subway — Restaurant in Marion

Says 24 hours, had bread in heat box, meats and toppings in their places and bc the only worker y'all have covering a shell station that doubles and triples as a subway and pizza inn, all of which are advertised online and in-store as OPEN 24 HOURS. My previous sister-in-law actually was a live-in Nanny to the (either general or district) owners of all the flash market in Crittenden. I'll definitely bring it up, and specify the young gentleman with red tipped braids, conveniently lied to my face while standing beside the 24hr sign and fully stocked subway prep station and bread box, that after a long drive, and even explaining to him that there was no other options available within the entire County and literally only wanted to single sandwich, that unbeknownst to the companies schedule and unbeknownst to the sign right beside him they somehow closed while still open in other words the guy I'm still sitting outside the door watching text on his phone and Retreat to the bathroom over five times in the last 30 minutes some wild customers weighted, is very much open butt in the hands of the lazy and unmotivated and especially those without empathy for the ability to understand that we're in a global pandemic and there are no stores open at this time so when I drive out of my way to go to the only 24 hour food place that probably is a good idea to have someone back there willing to actually do the job they were paid to do, and it's obviously not something that is a single occurrence or a rare occasion judging by how many people are in this review thread alone wishes they could give a null star review because of the lack of even one single star worth of decency in the way they carry out their business especially while claiming to be the only 24 hour restaurant or store operating...

This subway is a shame, the employees treat you very badly yesterday I went at 8:30 and the employee didn't want to help me, why didn't she have bread and behind her looked at the bread I told her it was there and she said it was already closed I went to the eat McDonald's and right now I went back and the employees were sitting and on the cell phone they stopped to attend to me with an angry face they didn't even say welcome or hello they just said they didn't have hot sandwiches that the machine doesn't work I had to ask for the cold sandwich They ask me what I want my sandwich with vegetables I tell him as it says on the menu and he tells me they don't have onions. What courage to those employees should be fired and put to others that if they care about their work yesterday it was my sister my nephew and I lost 30 dollars for the company and today again it is 60 and who knows how many people they do the same to tomorrow I'll go and record them to see if they do...

This review is for both the Subway Shop and the Gas Station. My van wouldn't start after filling up at this station at the beginning of a six hour drive home from Memphis. My roadside assistance company had "issues" that ended up causing me to wait over four hours for a tow truck. The employees at this Citgo Station allowed me and my five year old daughter to hang out in their shop while we waited. They were kind and pleasant. We purchased our dinner while we waited (although the station attendant offered us some pizza so we wouldn't have to buy dinner) and the sandwiches were well made and yummy.
