Tacker's Shake Shack — Restaurant in Marion

I have been eating in this place for the past thirty years and it was always great. However, I can't say that anymore. I've always tried to support local businesses, but I just can't go in here anymore. This place is disgustingly filthy. I don't think they ever clean anything. There are always flies everywhere. The clueless kids working there don't even properly bus the tables they just pick up the trash and never actually clean the tables with bleach water. I witnessed it multiple times on multiple occasions. Just stand at the ice cream counter on look behind the counter at how sticky and dirty the floor and all the equipment is, so nasty. I guess this is what happens when there is no adult management around. They should stop worrying about opening other locations and concentrate on taking care of this one. It's very disappointing that they've let this place get this way because it used to be good. I'm sorry but I just can't go in here anymore until they thoroughly clean this place and start keeping it that way. On top of it being so dirty the food and service has gone down also. I got some of their instant mashed potatoes and gravy and that gravy was a rotten gelatin consistency and totally uneatable. They've gotten my order wrong the last three times in a row. It's very disheartening to see a place so poorly ran in a town with so few restaurant options anyway. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!!!!

There you go whatever you do don't take in the honest criticism and say yes ma'am we will work to improve but instead get defensive and keep living in denial. Everything I said was the truth and no I'm not a competitor just a former customer. So, keep doing what you're doing, don't address your serious issues and just get more of your friends, family and employees to write more dishonest reviews and I'll just never give you my business...

2/20/21 Me and my mom came through the drive-thru at 4:40 pm and ordered one meal and a fish sandwich. We were told to pull around to the pick up side. We sat and watched people come and go for 50 minutes. Literally people walked in ordered and left as we were sitting there. 3-4 employees walked out to a few cars very confused as to what orders went where after 5 cars plus were backing up in the line. Later in the wait I picked up the phone and called inside to speak with the manager; he was nice and apologetic and offered to finally make the food after it was discovered it wasn’t made and offered to refund our money. We continued to wait an additional 10 minutes after agreeing to the solution and finally received our food. They probably should learn some drive through strategies from the larger chain restaurants, as in have some employees go work for them for 6 months or something. Anyway I only gave Tackers Shake Shack in Marion Arkansas 2 stars because of the manager’s response and refund, but this experience really deserves 1 star. Smh.
