Extremely terrible service… yet I cannot even call it service. My cousin and I came here at 12:30 am and pulled into the drive through to place our order. The lady on the phone told us it would take 30-45 mins to place an order while they get the food ready, to which we agreed. We were told to pull into a parking space, which I did, and proceeded to the entrance of this establishment. However, the door was locked and I knocked multiple times; both ladies intentionally ignored my cousin and I, which I found extremely rude. I saw them mouthing curse words and their night manager came and said they were closed… except I was told in the drive through they weren’t closed and I just had to pull over to place an order. So at this point, I am extremely confused as to whether this location is open or closed. So I decided to drive through the drive through to clarify the direction provided to me by the customer service individuals. I asked the lady if they are open or closed; and if we can place an order. I was then told they were closed and I simply asked why there wasn’t a consistent message being provided, especially because this location is supposed to be open until 4 am as listed on Google. I was told there was no “product” in the store, which I found very questionable as the customer service reps were actually eating tacos and ignoring me. I was then sassed over the phone by the supervisor and told that I couldn’t be served. Frankly, I found it insulting that I was provided inconsistent messaging and then furthermore gaslighted for being unsure of the status of the Taco Bell. Personally, I will not be coming to this location ever again and I will be telling my university friends to instead go to the nearby Subway, McDonalds, Steak n Shake, anywhere but here. I found it inappropriate and disturbing that the service at this location could be so extremely poor. I am now highly doubtful of Taco Bell’s ability to kindly service their customers if employees of this calibre would be hired at this location. Read moreWe ordered Taco Bell on the mobile app 12 days ago. We picked it up, went home, and saw that quite a few of the items we ordered were missing. My fiancé called and spoke with a manager. She apologized and said that they would replace the order and if they asked, to tell them we “spoke to a manager.” Fast forward to tonight, I drove to Taco Bell to get the replacement meal. When I got up to the speaker, I told the girl what happened and what the manager had said. She said that she could not help me since we didn’t know the managers name. I told her that she never gave us her name and she replied that they “always give a name.” I left. I called the restaurant to get their names so I could call corporate. I’m never one to “be that person” but if I have paid for something and didn’t get it and you don’t believe what I’m saying and aren’t offering a solution (maybe call the manager working that night and ask or take my name and number down to ask next time they are working and have them call me when they are there to verify) then we are kind of at an impasse. When I called, the girl that answered the phone looked up the managers name that was working the night our order was messed up and she said that is the same manager that is working tonight and that she said she never got a call. Me and my fiancé even went on are first date to that Taco Bell an were talking about going there for are wedding and now I don’t even want to go in there anymore, the staff is rude, I waited 45 minutes the other day for an DoorDash an we’re giving everyone else’s order that walked in but I was the last to get the food and that effects my rating for that. The food is cold all the time, just a hour ago we got 2 spice potato soft tacos and a bag of chips and cheese, we were making sure we got everything before we left the drive through window and they lady told us to move out of the widow because they knew they gave use everything, but when we pulled of they didn’t give use are nacho chips, they and all the food was pretty cold. Every time I go in to that Taco Bell there is a problem and it’s not that hard to put the food in the bag and be polite to the customers.
