Today made a purchase with a business debit card and insert card, enter pin, and it gives cash back option, I press no 3 times and it freezes up and chooses 20 dollar cash back option for me. I inform the teller that it's a business card I can't receive any cash back, she cant undo the transaction, called manager up, manager cant undo transaction, manager calls help desk, they say they cant undo the cash back transaction. Went down the road to stock and field for propane. Store says open at 7, but they couldnt fill my propane till after 8. Drove down the road to tractor supply. They open at 8 and I was there 10 min. early. A girl opened the door, asked what I needed. She filled my propane tank and unlocked the door for me to pay BEFORE the store even opened!!
