The employees are friendly, relatable, and quick to serve. But my experience was very frustrating. I bought a used copy of L.A. Noire Complete Edition for Xbox 360, which should have four discs, but realized later at home that there was only one in the box. I took it back to the store, where they didn't have the other discs, so they ordered a replacement game for me. It came a few weeks later in the mail, but it was the Standard Edition with only three discs and less content. The sticker on the box and the mailing slip in the package both confirmed the order was definitely for the Complete Edition, but the wrong game was shipped. This wasn't the local employees' fault but was still a terrible retail experience. I haven't had the time yet to go back to the store again to get this sorted out. I could've gotten the Standard Edition for cheaper in only 2 day shipping if I'd just ordered from Amazon.

If you must go to a GameStop, this is a decent one with great people. But my advice is definitely just don't go...

My wife went in to the store the night of Nintendo direct when Tears Of The Kingdom was announced, along with the collectible edition. She drove into town, went into the store and the employee told her “we cannot order the collectible for you yet, but you can put money down on the regular edition and come back into the store tomorrow when we open and we can switch the preorder from the regular to the collectible” okay, awesome! So I head into the store, wait outside the doors for 10 minutes until they open and am the first person inside. Straight to the counter, ask about the collectible only to be told they are already all sold out online. “Nothing we can do, that’s the world we live in” Either the employees gave my wife false information, or they simply don’t understand what they’re talking about. Cancelled my preorder with them, got a refund and don’t plan on walking into another...
