Subway — Restaurant in Marlborough

Horrible. Never ever will I go here. I did a mobile order. I then went in and asked the 2 girls making my sandwich to put extra banana peppers on it as they were making it. So I assumed they made it correct. Mind you they had orders all over and sandwiches on top of sandwiches on the counter. They tell me my sandwich was ready. .Get home and both were wrong. Bacon chicken ranch was cold and had mayo. The Italian BMT was plain no condiments. I finally get in touch with the heartless, could care less owner Amir. Honestly this is the BEST Subway I’ve been to. I typically order online before I go to work at night & sometimes multiple nights a week & it’s always a good experience here. I’ve had issues with other store not giving me what I order online and I’ve yet to have an issue here. My sandwich is always exactly how I order it & made just the way I like it. The store is always very clean & the workers are great. They really do make you feel welcome when you come in & will have a conversation with you while you order, which is a really nice since most places just want you in & out. I only went in to get a soda I opted for bottle because it showed it was a $1.49 on the menu when the young lady rang me up it came to almost $6 then she told me I didn't understand how tax worked because that's what made it go to $6 and I tried explaining to her over and over again your menu says it's a $1.49 when she finally understood what I was trying to say she opted to just let me know that the menu was incorrect and it's actually 2.49 for a soda.
