Wendy's — Restaurant in Marmet

So I normally wouldn't rate a fast food restaurant (unless they do an outstanding job) because I feel like you kind of get what you pay for but this place was beyond terrible. We stopped here on a road trip to stretch our legs and get a quick bite to eat. What we got here was anything but a quick bite. 15 minutes in line with only one family in front of us before we could order. Had to tell the cashier how to ring up our order. Another 15 minutes before our order is starting to get placed on the tray and the cashier knocks over the fries (2 orders, we ordered 4) scoops up the fries that spilled out, throws them away and puts the half empty containers back on our tray. Tells me order is done (it isn't). Given 2 Frosties, ordered 4, given one more Frosty. Given 4 orders of nuggets, ordered 3. Still short 2 fries plus the fries the cashier knocked over (so if you're keeping up I need 4 fries now). I'm given 3 orders of fries. At this point after 40 MINUTES AT WENDY'S, it's whatever, close enough. What was supposed to be a quick 20 minute pit stop just cost me an hour of drive time! If I was starving and this was the last place on Earth I would eat my left foot before...

I usually don't have bad experiences at this location but I've seen a lot of new people there and the good ones seem to be gone. I went thru the drive thru around 3:15pm today and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and large fry. They guy at the first window never spoke and when he looked at me, he looked like he was mad that I was there. I said thank you when he handed me back my card and he just looked at me and shut the window real fast. At the second window, they were very prompt with my food but when she handed it to me she just opened the window, said "here" and handed me a bag crumpled together at the top like i was about to sit outside and drink a 40. Then when I got home and gave my son his food, the large fry box only had 1/4 of fries in it. If I wanted a small, I would've bought a small. The chicken sandwich looked like someone sat on it and threw it upside down into the bad with no regard. I dont have much money so I would like to get the quality that I paid for. They need to have better supervision and further training about...

This is the worst Wendys to eat at! You would think since I've been there 19 times in the past couple months they could have gotten my order right at least once! And where do they find the people at that work there? For example one night about 10 minutes before they closed I stopped and ordered 2 10 peice chicken nuggets. Well of course, I had to park and wait in them. So they bring it out and run back in. I look in the bag and they had given me a 10 peice nugget and an order of fries! So I go back around the drive thru and tell them. So they tell me if I'll park and wait on them, they'll give me an extra 10 peice nugget. Ok so I park and I sit there and they close at 10 oclock! So I sat and waited and waited AND NOBODY EVER CAME! And of course I couldn't get in all the doors were locked! And this is not the only bad experience I've had there! And yesterday me and my 1 year old nephew went and ordered 4 10 peice nuggets. THEY GAVE US SPICY NUGGETS AND THE RECEIPT CLEARLY SAID CRISPY NUGGETS! NOT SPICY NUGGETS! I'm done with that place!...
