Just south of downtown Marquette, Drifa Brewing offers a laid-back, welcoming vibe that’s perfect for unwinding. The outdoor seating area has plenty of space to relax, and the fire pit adds a cozy touch, especially on cooler evenings.
When I visited, there was live music playing, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. A food truck was parked out front, serving up tasty bites with impressively quick service. It rounded out the experience nicely.
As for the beer, I tried the Ghost Roast (a white stout) and the Shorescape Haze (a New England IPA). Both were solid pours - flavorful, well-balanced, and true to style. You can tell the team here takes pride in their craft.
