As they where draining the old remnants of the aged dark brew coffee, I ordered an unpretentious large cup of dark roast, the barista swiftly pivoted and intercepted the final slurry from the bottom of the urn with my cup, which was only filled 3/4s of the way before the coffee ran out. She then had the audacity but lacked to sleight of hand for me to witness her topping off my cup with the decaf... and charged me full price... 2 out of 5 stars...

Great experience today. After standing around, I wondered if the cashier forgot about my tall coffee. I went up to ask, but he was busy. I enjoy the NMU Starbucks because the staff is much friendlier than any other Starbucks I've visited. They are always happy to help me pick out a new drink, answer my questions, are patient with large orders, and do not get fussy if I don't know the Starbucks lingo....
