McDonald's — Restaurant in Marrero

Where do I start? In all of my 39 years of life, and going to McDonalds on a regular basis through out my lifetime, from childhood to present, I have NEVER been compelled to write a review before my experance with the 2551 Lafitte Larose Highway, Marrero, LA location today. Horriable, rude, pompous disqusting, are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of this location and its manager, Ravan. I will never return and from the other reviews of this site, many others share my thoughs. New management is needed desperately! To let you know of my experance today after a hard day at my office, I felt very thursty so I thought I would simply pull into the most conveniant McDonalds location on my route home. I pulled up to the first window, the young girl at the windo took my debit card without quoting me the price. Then she handed the card back she said they were out of register tape so I couldn't have a receipt. I felt a little uncomfortable but I though well, its probably ok. So I pulled up to the second window. After waiting an extremely long time the other young girl can to the window with two chicken sandwach meals. I told her that I had only oredered a large coke. Since this had happened I wanted verification that I had only ordered a coke so I asked if the manager could write me out a receipt. The Young girl became rude and snapped, we only charged you for a coke. I asked how can you be sure? You just tried to hande me two meals that I didnt order? she turned and spoke to who I now know as Ravan, and she told me to pull up and she would bring me something out to my car. So I pulled up and waited, and I waited and Iwaited and I waited...Then I became very frustreted. I turned my car off and walked into the locatiuon. When Ravan saw me coming in she stared writing out my recepit. She worte that I had bought a coke and handed me the paper. I asked if she could at least put her name on the paper because if something was mischarged to my debit that really wouldn't prove anything without a name. She then snatched the paper out of my hand wrote her name, Ravan on the paper and threw the paper back to me. I was very upset by this time, I said, Look, it is not My fault that she allowed her location to run out of register paper and that her employees mixed up my order. That was a failure on THEIR part. She ignored me and began making fun of the situation with her other employees. So I said now I would like to know who your supervisor is or who is over you. She responded saying, I don't give out that information. I requested again for a number to call to report her. She ignored me. I requested again for her supervisors name and the phone number for the location, she said you can stay here all night. I'm only here until 11. I responded saying I will get the number if not fromo you here and now it will be later throught he internet. She then slung a bag at me. I asked what is this for? She then stated there's a number on the side of the bag. I called and reported this to the 1800 number listed on the side of the bag. This location needs to be SHUT DOWN! Horriable Horriable bad attitude BAD...

On today 6/16/2017 me and my family had attended this McDonald's. We were hungry and were ready to eat we pulled to this location and we ordered the lady in the window was nice and helpful. And then when we pulled up the lady forgot that we had ordered 2 large fries, so when we got to the window we had to request some fries bc she wasn't paying attention to the order. After that when we went to pay she took the money and said "I'm going to get your change" the driver did not like tis knowing she had his money. When we pulled all the way up to get the food the change was wrong, she gave us $6 dollars when the total change was $13. This angered me and everyone in the car. Eating my food I was not able to enjoy it, the fries were nasty and cold. This is an outrage to everyone who was expected a nice and hot meal which we did not get. Another thing is when customers ask you for sauce and you look them in the eye when they are saying this and you don't give them that your being very rude and disrespectful, the employees should show some respect to their customers because if it wasn't for us yall wouldn't be getting paid and having money in your pockets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going back later to talk to the manager and if she has some words to tell me then I guess we going to go back and forth bc NO ONE IS EVER GOING TO TALK TO ME LIKE I'M TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your time and everyone who works at this mcdonalds get yah life and...

Just did a curbside order for $40, had 2 orders of the 40 piece nugget thats supposed to come with 2 large fries with each order and i also ordered 1 extra large fry, it took like 25 minutes to get my food. 1 person came out with 2 large bags...and so i got my order and the person said literally nothing to me then walked off....drove all the way down to lafitte to eat with the family and i was missing more than half my order.....only had 1 40 piece nugget and not any of the 5 large fries i was supposed to recieve.....tried calling the store 3 times and no one answered the phone on any of the attempts......its a 14 mile drive to go back tonight and try and resolve this....the mcdonalds app is practically useless for things like this and there are zero. Options on the app to get help and after u dig enough the app just finally in the terms of service tell you to contact the store......i will be back there before close tonight 11/21/20 7:58pm....... I did return that night and the manager made the parts of my missing order fresh. I wanted a refund but didnt not feel like being a total karen.......gave it 1 star at first but i guess 2 stars will be what...
