Mariachi Fiesta — Restaurant in Marshall

If I could give this a negative star I would as I hardly ever post anything like this but our experience was terrible.We had ordered two different flavors of margaritas, one was raspberry the other peach. When they arrived at our table you could hardly tell the difference between the drinks besides what we thought was a drop of food coloring on top of the weird foamy substance, they were also a weird dirty dish water color. We ordered blended but it was straight liquid. After we take a few sips I noticed what seemed to be black string in our drinks. We notified the server and she just folded the napkin up and went to get the what seemed to be manager. He made us new drinks and when he brought them to our table he told us that when they clean the blender they use a wash clothe and it got blended in the blender. Not sure how that’s even possible to serve drinks that look so undrinkable to your customers and how she thought serving the drinks to us looking like the complete opposite of what we were seeing at other tables. We still had to pay $4 not sure what it was for as it wasn’t on the receipt and we assumed that it would have gotten covered for the inconvenience. WILL NOT...

I rarely write reviews but this is the first time I felt like doing one. So this is my first & last time here. The food is overrated and the customer service is literally the worse I’ve ever seen. These people were so disrespectful and rude to me and my children. This is not a family friendly place to eat at all....I placed my order over the phone and they’ve completely messed it up and even forgot to give me my receipt. When I called back, they told me to come home back and we’ll change it for you. So when I went they switched up the whole narrative and made it seem like it was my fault and that I should’ve said my order correctly. Then said they’re not gonna give me my money back and threaten to call the cops on me. I wasted my money, time, energy, gas and got disrespected on top of that. They are awful people and refused to talk to me to solve the problem, hung up on me and threatened to call the police. Don’t go there plus it’s not well kept. I don’t know how I forgot to...

It was hot and I was very hungry. As I'm walking down Main St downtown I'm starting to smell the aroma of fine Mexican cuisine. So it's hot I'm walking her dog and I decided to stop in cuz they have really good margaritas and street tacos I called some friends Indy met me there The cook the waitress and waiter were all top notch. They even brought out a bowl of water for my dog and cooked her a mild street taco I was very impressed by all the hospitality cheer up beat presence and cleanliness and smiles on everyone's face. Keep it up Mariachi Fiesta....
