Brought some adults with disability residents I support to Moana 2 tonight with another staff so 6 of us total . We were the only ones there when the lights came in and the movie was over - as we were leaving the 2 young ladies behind the counter were talking to someone on the other side of the counter (may have also been a staff ) they were LOUDLY swearing ..I made a * a hem* fake cough noise to get their attention ..they glanced over and then eye rolled and continued their loud vulgar conversation .. so I stated that it's very rude to be swearing in front of customers and they rolled their eyes some more and ignored me and continued their conversatuon so I said they could either apologize or I would tell their boss "go ahead and tell my boss" the one gal yelled at me very very rudely ..so since I don't know who the boss is I am leaving this review .. movie theatre's don't need to have super proper customer service but to expose disabled adults to a vulgar conversation and attitudes like that is just not okay imo - all they had to do was notice when I made the ahem noise and quiet down for 30 seconds while we exited the building instead they doubled down on their disrespectful loud improper language - pretty disgusting - we were all paying customers and will probably drive a little further and go to Brookings next time we decide to go to the movies . Hope the boss sees this and takes action . Really sad that what is supposed to be a fun time at the movies was overshadowed by immature...

Here we go. I've usually enjoyed this theater. It's the best theater around, but it has problems with their staff. The girl at the ticket counter refused to allow my brother to buy a ticket for a movie he was old enough to see. She wouldn't let me buy the ticket for him either. I already bought my ticket and she wouldn't let me refund it. In order for my brother to see the same movie, I had to buy another ticket. When we got to the movie, we were the only ones there. When the movie was supposed to start, music just played. We waited 20 minutes before I talked to another staff member. Picture and sound are great. Seats are comfy. This is a great movie theatre experience. Why 3 stars? THE WEBSITE AND SCHEDULE ARE INADEQUATE. I want to give this place more business. I want to invite my friends and my church to movies...but I live out of town (30 minutes) and I need to schedule babysitters in advance. Why can't this theatre schedule movies more than 3 days before they show them? Even if I call the manager, they will NOT tell you what movies will be shown next week... 7 days later. If I can't plan ahead, movies are not an option for me. Please inform your...
