Hunan does have excellent food but lately it has been hit or miss, the consistency is the inconsistency of the food presented.

I ordered yellow curry. The food was good but the egg rolls I ordered were over cooked ...almost burnt to my opinion of an egg roll. At that point I would rather prefer a Walmart deli prepared egg roll. Ordering at Hunan of Asian decent I expected higher quality of an egg roll.

I ordered red curry chicken next time, this dish was excellent! So I ordered it again with muscles this time...hmm the cook fell again as this meal was half the serving of the first order and again the lack of flavor in the red curry and coconut milk was just simply lacking.

The environment ment is quite loud when it becomes busy. There is no absorbing material do sound reflects horribly. The servers mix up something in a blender which absolutely vertebrates noise throughout the entire dining experience. So loud that it is actually annoying. Hunan, if you are reading this please consider moving that blender to the kitchen to reduce the insane noise it makes, for your customers eating and trying to communicate please move it for our better dining experience.

Over all the food is good but definitely needs some quality control to get consistency and remove noise making devices to the that can be moved. The place is loud enough without adding additional noise in the...

You can tell walking in that they are short staffed. After a wait, we were shown to a table and menus were hastily left. A few minutes later an obviously new employee, (our server?) shadowed by a nice lady (the owner?) took our drink order, but they both disappeared for the rest of our visit. Someone else brought the food and a third person picked up our finished plates. That being said, the food coming out of the kitchen was phenomenal! The lemon chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was well done—not too tart, not to sweet. The Pad Thai was traditional and perfect. Unfortunately, after the meal and after they had cleared the table of our plates we had to walk to the counter and ask to pay… we took our fortune cookies “to go”. Hope they can soon fix the front of the house staffing and service issue, but with the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen, we will be back (for “take...

My family and I were so impressed by the delicious food, friendly, attentive staff and overall cleanliness and atmosphere of this restaurant. As a group of 8, including children, with one kiddo in a high chair, we felt like we had plenty of space to move around without being cramped together with other tables. The kids loved the bubble tea drinks, and the family style dishes and amazing appetizers were loved by kids and adults alike. We called ahead to make sure they had a gluten free option for my young grandson who needed that option and they did have a pad Thai dish which he enjoyed so much that he didn’t want to stop eating it! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our dinner experience and look forward to...

The atmosphere is amazing and the food looks delicious. The owner of the place, Sarah, has been here for over 30 years and built a reputation with the community. It is one of the best places to get food in this little town. The restaurant keeps up high standards. The pictures do not do the food justice, I will definitely be coming back here. Everything is freshly made and delicious. Even the hot and sour soup is amazing, a lot of places add red dye for some reason. Here, u only get natural ingredients.
