I placed a carry out order. When I went inside to pickup there were three workers. An older blonde woman with short hair, an older gentleman and a young girl.
My pickup order was sitting in front of me ready on the counter, I just needed to pay so I could leave.
I stood at the “pickup” area waiting to be helped as they took new orders in drive thru and went to take an order on frontline of a man that had just walked up.
Pickup being priority and realizing I was not going to be greeted I stated “I have a pickup for Emily”
At this point I realized they were busy and I was understanding but how I was treated afterwards was unnecessary, disrespectful and unprofessional.
The woman with short blonde hair huffed, rolled her eyes and was visibly agitated as I paid for my order. The man at the register that was waiting to order said “KAY is it my turn now” and chuckled along with the blonde woman.
When I left I realized it was $15 more than I had calculated from the online menu prices. I called and spoke to the blonde woman, she told me the online menu hadn’t been updated since they raised their prices and snappily stated ITS BEEN LIKE THAT FOR AWHILE, as if I should be aware of the price raise.
There are not many restaurant choices in Marshall, I would hate to see another fail because of simple things that can be easily fixed.
Please have integrity, it is your responsibility to have updated menus so you can be honest and transparent towards your customers. I would hate to think you’re purposefully not updating prices to mislead customers since I’m sure this has been brought to your attention more than once.
The blonde woman may not have handled the situation appropriately but I’m sure she is getting frustrated being constantly confronted about the discrepancies of the pricing.

Read moreTypically I NEVER have ANYTHING bad to say about eating here, but today when I noticed there was someone new (at least new to me working) I already had some apprehensions, but chalked it up to having an off day/weekend and nothing to worry about.. when it’s my turn to order I arrive at to speak to said new person & (of course) the person wasn’t very nice at all before OR after handing me my order…my main issue however is how much food I didn’t get AND there was a short blonde hair in my daughters green beans (thankfully I picked thru them/found it/ removed it myself before feeding her) Overall not okay and pretty upset with this experience actually, I don’t think it’ll completely make me not want to come here again, but just some things for Randy and his employees to know/improve on… PS if this is the usual amount of fish & chips on Fridays I will no longer purchase this entree (neither food type even filled half the box on either side..pretty disappointed) The food we did get besides the previously mentioned issues was (like all my other experiences) amazing and delicious. It was just this time for some reason that my expectations were not met, especially when compared to previous experiences. Hopefully this is seen and things are improved upon asap / no longer will have these problems..because we do love going here and the food is usually amazing… PPS I also ordered baked beans and while I (thankfully) wasn’t charged for them I still had them ordered and was looking forward to having them with my meal.
Customer Service training with all employees as well as making sure portions are correct should all be happening here...

She was rude to my daughter and my husband. Got impatient because we took too long ordering. I ordered big rib dinner....was gross!! Ribs was dry n no smoked flavor whatsoever. I wouldn't have reviewed but the lady that took our order was rude n well um....racist. prices was good but food was not flavorful. Quantity is good too. Someone don't know how to smoke that meat apparently. I been eating my husband's BBQ for years n it's fffire!!.I know what good BBQ tastes like n plowboys is not good BBQ. I'm actually surprised they get as much business as they do. I truly don't see what the fuss is all about. I love my food n especially love me sum ribs n BBQ beans.
