Every time I go into this place I have to ask to have my pizza double cooked because they never cook it on the first try. Is the oven even at the right temp? I posted a pic of it for you all to see. It’s the supreme pizza but we also got 2 pepperoni that came out the same way. I asked the cashier twice and she just nodded. See that maybe the problem that she didn’t understand English. I have nothing against any other race but if you work in a restaurant you need to know English especially if it’s the most talked language in that town. Otherwise you could food poison someone and have a lawsuit on your hands. It also might not be the workers fault maybe management needs to step up their game. I sent pics of this disaster to head quarters. Something needs to be done.
Ok now I’m going to add on to this review. This is 3 days later that I finally got ahold of a manager. I called and someone picked up and they told me the manager wasn’t there after I’ve been told 3 times they would be here on Monday March 11th. After threatening to call corporate they put the phone down and magically the manager Angelica was there!!! She answer the phone with the most rude attitude I’ve ever heard. She told me that she just walked in the damn door and that she just saw my number and was gonna call but if I’m cannot wait then I should call corporate. I told her I’m just gonna go over our head and the owners and call corporate. She said fine and hung up. I called corporate and they asked for the zip code for the store and right after I gave it to her I didn’t even need to explain what the problem was. She asked me if I was calling about poor food quality and terrible customer services. I said yes and she said it’s been a on going issue with this location and the owner will be contacted again. This is what happens when you put a teen in charge of a business. They don’t care because as long as they get a pay check why should they. Fire their asses and show them they need to take care of the ones that allow them to have that paycheck. The customers! Now I don’t even want replacement pizzas. I just want my money back and I’ll go somewhere that treats their customers...
