foods good eat there all the time. however, one of the ladies who works there, I think her name was Trish? Is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. and it’s pretty much every time we eat there and she’s there. She wasn’t personally awful to me, though she wasn’t pleasant. It was how she treated the other nice guy who worked there, Then to a Spanish-speaking customer who came in. She was so rude with her actions, words, and acted so annoyed. I was embarrassed for her.. I work in customer service at a restaurant, you don’t treat people like that and especially don’t act the way you do in front of the customers. I was appalled that she would act that way honestly, just to another human being. this instant was what made me decide to write a review. like if you hate your job that much quit if you can’t be a nice human being to other human beings, quit. if corporate reads this, talk to her. I was in there recently and ordered a spicy Italian. The employee treated it like an Italian bmt. With a spicy Italian it's 10 pepperoni slices and 10 salami splices. An Italian bmt is 6 slices of each and add ham. I didn't get the ham and paid for less meat. I used to work at subway and this is the only sandwich I order so yes I know the sandwich extremely well. I’ve ordered here many times and this is the second time that my sandwich was a very huge disappointment! I requested extra, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar and olive oil, mayo and oregano! My bread was burnt and tasted like wood smoke and smelled like it too. I got a little lettuce, a dab of mayo, barely taste the vinegar, no oil, regular tomatoes, little onion and no oregano.
