Burger King — Restaurant in Martinez

This location is ridiculous. I went in here a few months ago and my burger bun was like cardboard, you know like left out on the counter for a week. It took awhile to come back and since then it isn’t much better. Long wait times in the drive thru even when it isn’t busy. Today is the last time go there when they have now dictated what I eat my fries with. I asked for zesty like all the other times and the lady wanted to charge me $0.27 for one and told me that only ketchup comes with fries. She didn’t even give me a receipt. Horrible. Bulldoze it and let’s get a real burger joint in this spot.

Update, just got home, no ketchup in the bag, and I have a fried potato medley with old grease fries, new, and even a tater tot or whatever. And yeah, that is a pool of grease in the picture. Think I’ll scrap this and...

First if all, I really hate to leave a bad review, but this burger King location has consistently had poor service. Wait times for in-restaurant orders have been horrendous. (This may have been affected by Covid-19 but is very poor nonetheless) It's been an average of at least 15 minutes from walking in to getting food with very light customer traffic.

Finally in an attempt to speed things up I ordered with the app, it charged to my credit card, and I walked in to pick it up, only to be told that they had no knowledge of my order. After trying to explain it multiple times the employee eventually chose to ignore me and I was forced to walk out. I definitely am not hopeful for any sort of a refund and will be going elsewhere for a work...

This Burger King is just disgusting. I drop my mom off at the VA department and decide to go get a bacon king with my rewards points. Come to find out the lobby is closed and the only way to get this is through the drive-through. I noticed that the drive-through is extremely long. I decide to wait in the drive-through they’re taking orders one by one and having the cars pull up very slowly I end up ordering and using my points for bacon king which cost me a total of 1400 points. I get the bacon 👑 I’ll take a couple of bites and it is extremely raw by this time. I’m already on the freeway with two pieces of bacon. 🤦🏾‍♂️ I called their business phone number three times by this time I’m already in...
