I had an experience today at your facility that I want to relate to you for further commendation. Your property representative, Suzanne, gave me superior service.

Suzanne went out of her way to help. From fielding questions about available storage units to finding just the right unit to fit my needs, Suzanne was my go to professional. She even suggested products from Public Storage’s retail store. Due to Suzanne's efforts, my experience was exceptional.

In today’s environment, one rarely sees the care and attention Suzanne gave. She provided a level of customer service warranting special attention. Therefore, I write in the hope she will be commended. All too often these incidents go unattended, and I want to praise her for the excellent job and you for managing your people in such a way that motivates them to deliver the highest quality service.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different storage company. Numerous problems with accessing my storage unit despite rising rental prices. If they are charging more, why isn't it going to fixing the building? I was due to move out and they just happened to close the whole facility with no notice during the 2 days when I had a truck rented. They didn't even contact tenants to let us know, so I showed up with a rented truck and could not get in. The number they left on the door never connected to anyone. Unable to get in for 2 days and they have no idea when they will re-open. Yet my rent is rising? Horrible Business. The next time I have enough days off in a row to move out of my unit (as I was moving to San Jose when I couldn't access my unit) is several months later. I haven't had my stuff in weeks because they were closed when I moved! And last month they billed me twice by accident and still billed me...

From the first phone call, working with Hank has been a pleasure. I have nothing but good things to say about renting three storage units from this facility over the course of two years. Your belongings will be safe, secure and well taken care of. From past experiences, I was used to poor customer service at other storage facilities where I was assured that the smell of cat spray was just part of storing belongings. The units at the Arnold facility are odor free and there are not people hanging out in their units for hours on end. The temperature control of the building makes summer and winter storage enjoyable. Hank and the rest of the staff have a eye to keeping the standards high, which I have appreciated.
