Arby's — Restaurant in Martins Ferry

Manager and the drive thru worker were very rude! I understand drive thru's go by time but, to a customer that's ordering it is very rude while they are ordering to ask is that all after every item ordered with an attitude is not very professional. Then to get nasty and cuss at us when we are trying to order our food but get interrupted after each item ordered n we speak up and say if we could talk and not get interrupted then our order would be done and they continue to be rude to the paying customer then there's a problem there and corporate is the only option left to make sure that their employees are getting the training they should, it doesn't matter if it's fast food or not u should still be respectful & professional regardless if the customer is wrong or right! I know this cause I worked fast food for 7 years starting at 17 till the age of 24 and I was a drive thru order taker and never ever was disrespectful as the girl here or the manager working her shift with her. Never will return to this Arby's again, very disappointed especially with it being one of my favorite places to get...

Can't win for losing! First of all it was dinner time, so the line was long as heck so when it was finally our turn to order, I only ordered 2 jalapeno sliders and fries, as a drink may hold the line up. Lol we got the bag and began pulling off only to realize--no fries. We were pass the window and couldn't back up-- everyone had moved up, so My daughter tried The door by the drive-thru..locked. So I called inside as we were getting back in line, and the lady said we had to get back in line, lol. After another 10 minutes of waiting.... The 🍟 were hot..and jalapeno sliders were terribly cold and dry as heck because the buns were hard like toast. I have to mention, it wasn't the workers fault! This is a wonderful place to visit!! I blame myself because I was eating plain fries and plain jalapeno sliders- lol of course everything's going to taste dry, especially when I'm thirsty... I should have ordered...

Everytime I go thru, I order something simple. Market Fresh Roast Beef only Mayo. Simple. Well everytime I get it, I have to go back because they put everything on it. I even gotten it with everything but mayo one time. But today was different. My boss went and got it for us. I told her Mayo only. She ordered it brought it back. It had everything on it. I called and asked them if I could get it remade. They said yes. I went back on my break. I go through the drive-thru. The lady at the window said next time order it mayo only because I didn't know that's what you wanted. Any other time, when I order it, it's made wrong so either way you most likely would have had to remake. I just could have done without that remark. I was kind to you. You can be kind back. I chose not to argue about it and just said thank you. Try for better...
