This place has the worst management the worst customer service food could be all right if management and employees were actually managed and trained service sucks really really bad the atmosphere is only halfway clean it does smell like feces a lot. But as of febuary the 12th 2024 this place can't seem to get any orders correct it doesn't matter if you're standing in front of them looking at them in the eye and tell him you want to hash browns you're only going to get one and if you call to complain they will hang up on you it doesn't matter that you're recording the phone call so you actually have proof of the phone call conversation they refused to refund you your money they don't even offer to refund your money they don't even offer to replace your food they just hang up they do nothing to fix the problem that they caused by taking my money and not giving me what I paid for... This has been happening literally every time I've stopped at this place for years. Somebody needs to do some investigating I don't know what the problem is or why you keep charging people for items that you're purposely not giving them plus you don't want to give their money back you don't want to give them food replacement but I don't want food replacement y'all can't even get the replacement food right that's how pathetic. It's on top of how pathetic it is it smells like feces you overcharge where is all that money go at the end of the night that's left in the register you know you're only allowed to have a certain amount of money most of the time it's only $250 that you're allowed to start off with in your drawer and then at night when you count your drawer down to even it out yeah yeah but that don't count does it because the receipt says it doesn't tell me what Ipaid for them though so I'm not sure if this is just Walmart's way of continuously Non-Stop and scamming people stealing from customers or what but y'all's food isn't even good enough for me to put up with this pathetic business and the horrible horrible management it's not even good enough I will never use this McDonald's ever!!! Read moreIt's always a problem at ferry mcdees no matter if you go in or go through the drive-thru the employees are rude and lazy they will roll your eyes at you when you ask them a question or ask to speak to a manager they don't care and then when they screw up your order which is pretty much 9 times out of 10 they blame you or they treat you like you're stupid. They charged our card, didn’t give us a receipt, and before we were done paying, they already had our food being held out of the next window. They gave me 2 biscuits that were crunchy, the bacon was burnt and it was cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called and told them and the manager, Ace told me 1) That he went back an hour and couldn’t find my receipt, which is BS. I’m not greedy enough to waste my time calling you. And 2) there was nothing he could do about it and that I could call back in 45 minutes when his GM would be in. What kind of manager passes it off to someone else? Own up to a mistake.
