The Wendy's at the Martins Ferry location is very poorly managed. No matter what you order, mo matter what time of the day you order it, they ALWAYS ALWAYS inevitably forget items from your order. Once an order of chicken nuggets was missing. Another time the grilled chicken and dressing was missing from the salad I ordered. Another time, I ordered a kids meal for my 8 year old and his milk and apple slices were missing from the meal! This is beyond ridiculous and I simply can't imagine that corporate would tolerate this! The excuse I get when I've confronted various managers about the consistency in horrible management of overseeing their workers and horrible service is, "Oh, you would not believe the day we've had today!" YOU'RE A FASTFOOD RESTAURANT!! I will reach out to corporate consistently until someone who actually cares about the customer and quality of service does...

They usually have good service, sometimes you get someone that is new but its ok for me because people have to learn somehow. My favorite server is Damien, he introduced himself as well as greeted me so politely, I thought I was at the wrong place. I didn't know what I wanted when I walked in, and he offered me time to let me think which was very nice of him. I know its someone's job to be nice but sometimes you don't get as nice as him. What arrived via door dash was 2 singles with everything and they were cold and soggy.
The bill was $24.88!
The ticket attached to the bag said 2 triples plain yet someone at Wendy's clearly put 2 much cheaper singles with everything in the bag that were just setting around for awhile!
When I called the restaurant to complain, they said to file a complaint online with door dash!
I did in fact finally figure out how to do that but despite requesting that someone CALL me about my complaint, nobody ever did!
So I got charged $24.88 for 2 disgusting single burgers I never ordered and had to throw out!
So after being a long time customer, I deleted the Wendy's app and have put the Martins Ferry Wendy's on my boycott...
