LOST MY BUSINESS. I have never left a review for any place, but after the experience we had I do believe this warrants my first. I’ve been coming here since the place opened and have ordered the same thing every time (Jumbo Fajita Burrito mixed chicken and steak) and it has always been the same price at 17.99 + tax. Well first, after eating ONE complementary chips and salsa (for six people) they said any additional chips would be $2.99, AFTER I just got my ordered side of queso. Second, when it came time to pay I noticed they were charging me $20.99 for my burrito so I asked if there was a mistake since I’ve ALWAYS paid $17.99. The MANAGER explained that because I got mixed meats, that’s why there was an up charge ($3.00?!! For no extra meat, just half chicken and half steak). I explained to him that it’s never been that way and that it didn’t makes sense, to which he shrugged his shoulders and said “that’s the way it is, food prices have gone up”, then referred to the fine print Substitutions May Add Additional Cost. Definitely not the answer you should give to a customer, especially a returning one. It is what it is, do wish the manager would have cared a little more to try to help resolve the situation, but he didn’t seem to care, even after expressing my frustration. So, it’s seems to me that either they’re struggling financially and taking it out on their customers, or just money hungry, either way is a good way to lose customers, as they did with me. So if you do still plan on going just make sure you ask about EVERYTHING because you won’t find out anything till it’s on your check, at which then it will be too late because the manager...

Well we will never come here again. Our server was decent, but we linger after our meal and once he gave us the check he never ever come by to see if needed more drinks. Come to think about it other then coming to get our order he only came by our table once to see if we needed anything. The food lacked flavor. I am Mexican and I cook good Mexican food with lots of flavor and good spices, this food gives Mexican food a bad reputation. I got the green chili pork which I make at home and it had no flavor, very water down. Is usually a rich thick sauce. The salsa was from a jar and it was watered down had no salt and the tortilla chips stale. I had to add salt to it. I asked for corn tortillas instead of the flower tortillas and the waitress that happened to come by gave me a look and then she brought out cold hard corn tortillas. Not even authentic tortillas, they are store bought probably form Walmart. What a disappointment. The horchata which is a delicious rice based Mexican drink was grainy and over done with the cinnamon. About the only good thing in this lunch was the company and the rice. We all liked the rice. Took my son for his birthday! So excited. The place was beautiful right down to the booth we sat in. My son and his gf had never been there so they looked over the menu for a bit. Finally placed our order. After our food was delivered the server didn't check on us one time. We asked a very nice gentleman that was going by to get a drink because the alcoholic beverage tasted "off". My son took his gf's cup up to have it filled after, still no one checked on us. We went to get boxes to get the rest of our food to go. I was so upset I didn't even take my "half eaten" food. My son was agitated so I knew it was best to leave. We did let whom ever was in management and took my money at the front know about our not so pleasant experience. He apoligized and said that he would deal with it. I recommended this restaurant becausause of a wonderful experience I had before. I let the server know that it was my son's birthday also. What a horrible experience. I didn't expect any special treatment but this ruined the evening and birthday experience for us and my sons special dinner. ...
