Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

So I understand this is a fast food joint so I don’t usually set my expectations very high. We have used this location many times and it usually is hit or miss on quality of food or service, especially when using DoorDash.

For the cost of DoorDash things should be perfect or quality checked before going out the door which I have found to rarely be the case. In this last transaction, we purchased a 12 pack taco meal. Seems simple enough right? Well apparently on Tuesday nights around 9 PM There must be a new rocket science formula being used.

We only received 10 tacos so I’m thinking that new rocket science formula X plus Y equals Z 25 times squared etc. etc. must’ve threw them for a loop.

We also ordered 10 packs of different sauces and out of the whole taco meal, we received five sauces that I guess we were To share amongst the supposed 12 tacos. I believe this must’ve been more rocket science At work, trying to save Taco Bell from going bankrupt.

I understand that we need to employ our youth, but if you can’t do a simple job like reading a piece of paper that says put 12 tacos in a box then you Shouldn’t be working. Go home and wrap yourself in bubble wrap and do not leave the house. We would not want you to trip over your...

Think this is the last time I give this place my money. Once again my food was very skimpy. Ordered a chicken “power” bowl but it definitely wasn’t powerful. The entire thing barely came to the top of the black bottom. Hardly any lettuce or beans. It would have barely been enough for a 10yr old. These used to be two meals for me when they first came out. Spent $10 for this and a coffee. The previous visit I ordered a veg burrito (can’t remember which) and it was so skinny I had to eat again within an hour. I’m positive the price of beans and rice have not gone up that much that these meals need to be shrunk to this degree. Unless we start speaking up we are going to keep getting taken advantage of!!!! I will not be returning to this establishment! I’m really tired of big business robbing us blind. I’m simply asking to get what I pay for. Also, had to ask for sauce even though I ordered it at the window just like last time.!! Glad I checked the bag. But, I did get napkins The one star for the nice girls who took my order and cashed me out. Thank you....

This Taco Bell, is in the Martinsburg/Spring Mills (WV) area. Not my first visit. Three strikes and you’re out.

The people don’t seem to be as friendly as with the other Taco Bells in the area. They aren’t mean, it was just very obvious that they didn’t want to be there.

I have an issue with the Nachos Bell Grande and the chicken chalupa I ordered on my last visit. I was terribly disappointed. For the nachos, I ordered extra meat, extra nacho cheese sauce, extra sour cream, no tomatoes, and no beans.

First, there weren’t many chips. Second, nothing seemed like “extra” to me. And, while there were no beans or tomatoes, I truly feel as though I, absolutely, did NOT get what I paid for. The chicken chalupa was weak. Barely any chicken, way too much cheese, and, well… it was like biting into a block of cheese with a little bit of chicken on the bottom. Not good.

I love Taco Bell. It’s one of my favorite fast food places. This place, however, was a disappointment. I likely won’t visit this location again.
