Subway — Restaurant in Martinsville

The bar where they make the food had old food all over it. I noticed the table on the other wall was dirty also. The vegetables were not stocked up and what was in there looked wilted. I asked for fresh vegetables and the young man did go to the back and get some. I had to wait for quite awhile as the young lady employee talked to another customer about how they had a new manager that didn’t know what she was doing. She also explained that a co worker was going to the beach the next week and they did not have anyone to fill in. She said the place was poorly run. The young male worker had to go to his car to find money to buy cookies for himself… which took about ten minutes ( while customers was waiting). Then instead of waiting on customers, he purchased 2 oatmeal raisin cookies and a chocolate chip. There was total disregard for the customers that night. I do drop by there on occasion and I’ve never seen this location in such disarray. I do not...

Just stopped in this subway on my way to my son's travel baseball game and have to say that this is the worst Subway franchise I've ever been to. My wife eats veggie subs on wheat and she literally only got 4 small slices of cucumber, 4 small slices of tomatoe that looked like plum tomatoes, not even enough spinach to cover the bread on a footlong...horrible! I got a new smoked brisket and asked for black olives and banana peppers and literally only got 9 pieces of sliced olive and 7 banana peppers on my footlong! How in the world could this be acceptable by anyone in management, much less the franchisee, or Subway's establishment in general! Never have I been so reluctant to pay for my meal as I was today! Just appalled in overall visit! Will never go to this...

My son had just started at this location less than aweek ago. The so called manager claimed he was injured and left my 16 year old son in the store by himself to close instead of calling a manager In. After The police department, managers and myself mad several attempts to call the manager, see finally answered the phone when another employee that was riding by and seen the police called her from his phone answered on the second ring. Then Chip arrived and didn’t even take the situation seriously. F$$k subway. I will be reporting this to the BBB And labor board.
