I had the worst experience at the Final Cut today. Went with friends expecting to have good food in a nice place. The server was MIA most of the time. They didn’t have the drink ingredients for a signature drink and they brought me the wrong meal. I ordered the bourbon, glazed salmon because the dish was gluten-free and they brought me a salmon BLT. I can’t eat the bread and it was not the healthiest choice for a meal. They said they would hurry and make another. 25 minutes later, when everyone in my party was ready to go, I asked the server to have the meal cancelled, as I did not want the rest of my party to have to wait on me. The manager came out and apologized for the mistake on my Bourbon Glazed Salomon order. I told him it was taking entirely too long for the remake of my order and I would like the fish taken off my order and I no longer wanted it. I felt this was a reasonable request as everyone else was ready to leave the restaurant. The manager said, let me see what I could do and left the table. When he came back, he said let me make this right for you, let me box this up and you can take it home and I will give you a free dessert also. I was very hesitant as warming up fish after it’s been in the refrigerator is never good. He said oh come on let me make it right. I said that would be fine and he brought me the bill and my food. My husband left to take the food to the car and I stayed behind to pay the bill. Low and behold the fish was still on the bill. I asked to speak to the manager again. He told me that He had to charge me for the fish because he boxed it up and I was taking it. I told him I did not want the fish in the first place and I refuse to Pay for fish that I didn’t even eat. He eventually did take the fish off the bill. How on earth is this supposedly fine dining establishment going to charge for food that they didn’t get right and then take over 25 minutes to cook and you don’t even get to eat it? This is not a place I will be returning. I am very disappointed at the service and the restaurant as a whole. The food that I did get to taste was greasy and very unpleasant...
Read moreUnfortunately, not the experience it was hyped up to be. Looking past the Christmas and video game music that was playing, for me it was how the server handled the cold steak I received. The other two guests that were with me had a perfect plate. My ribeye looked like breakfast ham and curled up a lot on the sides. I will agree that appearances don’t make the steak, so I overlooked that, but when the steak wasn’t even room temperature, I politely asked the server to take it back. She did take it back and apparently, they either tried to microwave it or re heat it up. Now, I am no chef, and apparently, they don’t have one either, but I do know you cant re heat a medium well steak and expect to keep the same consistency as a medium well steak should be. When I pointed this out to the server, she politely asked me what I would like done. I said, I would like the 55-dollar steak that I ordered please. Seems reasonable, right? The good news is that the second one that came out was perfect, but the issue is that we waited nearly an hour total for me to be able to eat. The cherry on the top for me was that there was never any type of apology, discount offer, free desert, or anything. The total bill was around 140 for us 3 which I expected and I even ( although I should not have) tipped the...

The food was delicious, If you are to pay out of pocket for your evening, it is kind of pricey, but that's why most of the items are priced higher because casinos give complimentary dinners to card holders that get rated on table games play or slots players, and for some reason, I'm not sure if it's for they're right tax write off. or ability to flex your receipt on your social media page . Definitely a hundy and a half for 1 couple, and that is quoted without alcohol beverages included. My dining experience was amazing, clean, and super elegant. It would be a place definitely. Take someone where you could either propose or make it a very romantic dinner, and everyone can literally watch you feast on a fat prime rib. Not too hip on the fact that I felt I was being showcased "stared" at .I was a peoplequarium. As the window to the casio casino is very wide open and lightly frosted but still very clear to see entire seating I kind of felt like I was. display. If you like that sort of attention, Hey, ask for the window ,if not you can be seated inside more private table seating inside...
