I order a 5 wing combo and received 5 wings only. I called the store to inform them of the mistake. I was then told that $14.38 was the cost of 5 wings. I told them that's incorrect because a combo is $13.99 They then told me that it's a glitch in the Doordash system and they will have to call them. In the meantime I am out of my food. I called back 10 times and was hung up on when asking to speak to a manager. I continued to call back until I reached a manager. The women who answered the phone said she was the manager and hung up on me too. I will never spend my money here again. How do you treat a loyal customer like this. This was rude and ignorant. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! You have to call an out of state new jersey number for a local establishment in order to speak to someone in English to complain about service. Calling the number is a waste of time. You are put in contact with an extremely RUDE WOMAN that will tell you the company does not accommodate their customers for their bad service. I highly recommend against ordering from America's Best. Good customer service is to compensate a legitimate complaint to ensure continued business. Not with America's Best. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!! This store is horrible. I ordered two grilled fish wrap combos with mixed veggies. When I finally got to eat, the fish was sp crunchy , it tasted like it was fried...omg and it was dry!!..and the veggies om used to are broccoli..carrots..and cauliflower with butter flavor..sp it was only broccoli and cauliflower and was bland..ughh.
