I come in to get a wing combo , in the process of it being made I was trying to put the lid on the cup and it fell over spilling on the floor . I cleaned up as much as I could with the napkins they have . The guy with the beard that seems to run the place immediately looks at me and shakes his head. Comes over and mops the floor, I tell him thank you for cleaning it up for me and he ignores me .

I look at the dudes in the back like what the hell is wrong with him. So he gets the guy with the beards attention and I say to him did you not hear me say thank you . He says whatever in his language and brushes me off again and proceeds to talk on the phone. As I wait for my food while I’m on the phone , it comes out .

I ask the guy for another cup and he looks at the dude with the beard . He says to him I have to pay $3 for another cup . I told him that I dropped that one by mistake and he tells me out of his mouth “so many people come here on the phone and drop cups it’s not my problem at all, I know you paid for a combo but it’s not my problem”. Gives me ultimate disrespect by turning his back on me multiple times.

To sum it up I get pretty irritable because I just got off of work and just want to enjoy the food I pay for , which is extreme salty. I explain to him that me and my family come here all the time , and this is not how customers should be treated. He eventually tells the guy to give me a cup in his language again, I leave out as he continues to talk slick out of his mouth. I told him instead of worrying about me being on my phone which my right, they should do something about these constant cold fries. He is mad at one cup but he gave a guy that came in after me about 10 cups.

This is not how you treat customers that come often. Customer service here is horrible the guy with the beard is not manager material and certainly not a leader by any means. This place will lose more business and definitely has lost mine after years of coming . If I could give it 0 stars I would. I feel bad for the others back there he is...

Ordered a combo for pick up. Arrived and received a cup for a fountain drink. Filled the cup with ginger ale and there was black stuff in it. Poured that out and filled it again , still black stuff floating in it. I proceed to tell the employee and he says NO! I just changed that, it’s new fill it up. It seems he went to the back to ask someone before he stated that. In the process I had already pour it out and filled halfway, for the third time, and black stuff if floating in it again. Seems like to may be mold from an unclean spout. He’s angry, yelling so I yell back you saw me pour it and fill it multiple times. We BOTH see the black stuff floating in it. He takes the cup and wave me away saying get a can. Well the fountain drink is 20oz and the can is 12oz. I say I should be able to get a bottle. He points and say their menu says can soda or fountain drink. I leave with a can. Considering the entire exchange he should have begged me to take the bottle. Not only is your fountain pouring MOLD you are acting as if I’m the problem. I was pleasant until he decided he wanted to be loud. Customer service is huge to me and I’ll NEVER order there again. Edit 3/15: Wow! This place is unprofessional, the website says they close at 11pm and in the store in says 11pm. Just so you know they really close at 10:30pm not 11. I entered the store at 10:30, the lady ignored me for about 15 mins before telling we they not taking any new orders and at this time its still 10:45-50 and when I tried calling nobody answers the phone. I sat there waiting and called while inside and watched as they let the phone ring and didnt bother to atleast answer it. IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS AFTER 10:30pm then say you close at 10:30 but if your open until 11pm you should still take orders until then. This place is a joke.

This was actually the best tasting Alfredo I’ve had in this area..it had a really good taste and it was cooked fresh. There was alot if chicken and the amount of sauce was perfect. Spaghetti noodles was used which I also like but overall I would say try the pasta I wasn’t disappointed and this was my first time trying anything...
