Arby's — Restaurant in Maryland

I work near here and its basically the only place to get food at lunch time. They just opened up the inside again (you would think that would mean they had enough workers to work that but NO only 2 people working) I don't get long for lunch time. Only 30 mins but to count in the time it takes to get there and back to work I basically get 20 mins to order and eat. Today I went in for lunch. Waited in a line of 5 people to order. When it was my turn to order the person left the counter and went about doing something else. I was the last person in line! Then once I finally order my lunch time was already half over. I then waited until the time I had to leave just to get my food. I originally ordered dine in because I had planned to eat there. When getting my food I asked for a to-go bag since I had to rush back to work and now had no time to eat. The person who waited on me made the comment that when I ordered he asked me if I wanted it for here or to go and I told him here. I told him that due to the long wait I no longer have time to eat and have to rush back to work. After he went about explaining to me the situation of only having two workers he got me a bag. I threw my food in and ran back to work. Now I have to skip eating my lunch because Arby's is short staffed. I was the last in line, why wouldn't you have just took my order? Should have just went through the drive through at this point but I can promise you, I will NEVER return to this location. The service sucked, the food- well I didn't get the luxury of eating, the employee's attitude towards me SUCKED, and to top it all off, PAPER STAWS!!! I'm just...

1 out of 4 items correct. After an extremely long day, my father and I went to Arbys. The dining room is locked even though the mask restriction has been lifted in the usa and they don't have any sign on the door. Anyway, not the main issue. We ordered an Orange cream milk shake, 2 beef and cheddars and my fathers sandwich ( cant remember what sandwich). The shake came out correct, and I was driving. I hand the bag to my father and asked if it was all there and he said it was. When we got home, I opened the bag and saw we were missing 1 sandwich. My beef and cheddar tasted like vinegar so strong I couldn't swallow it. I washed my 2 thin pieces of meat and cheese suace. I dried it and ate it plain on new sliced bread. My fathers sandwich was so strange it had to have been a custom ordered sandwich. He ate it but he didn't like it tho. We were so tired we just went to sleep.

Arby's, I hope you've read this.

So today I did a mobile order. I picked it up around 10:30 AM and it wasn’t ready so I watched them make it and the young guy that was on the fries. Had black hair shoulder length. when he went to make my fry I saw him pull Hair from the fry and tried to give it to me so I asked him to make another one. I went to the bathroom by the time I came back my food was already. When I got to the bottom of my fry, it was long black hair there so I called to speak to the manager. He was so rude saying to me he doesn’t know how Hair got there if I watched him make it. I said I went to the bathroom so I didn’t see him. I just saw him drop the fries, he said so, What do you want me to make you some more fries? I’m like no I want my money back up.
