Aroma House — Restaurant in Maryland

We had lunch today at Aroma. We had the chicken shawarma wrap and bowl along with a side of the falafel, and brought a cheese pizza for kids for dinner. All the food was cooked fresh and delicious. The chicken was juicy, tender and spiced to perfection ! They also offer a variety of toppings to choose from (fresh greens, tabouleh, pickled cabbage, pickled radish, onions to name a few) along with a great selection of sauces (garlic, zhug, spicy etc.). They also offer a wide variety of traditional American food (pizzas, burgers, salads and sandwiches). The restaurant is perfect for a quiet lunch getaway with your family or colleagues alike, tucked away from the hustle bustle of the city in a nice quaint neighborhood. In addition to the amazing food, we want to shout out to the owners of this restaurant, they were genuinely welcoming and take great pride in the quality of both food & service that they provide. If you want to try authentic middle easter fare with a home-made touch to it, we highly encourage you to try out Aroma. We will most definitely be back...

This is one of those places that you see from the outside and wonder about a little, but then you get the food and it's awesome. They really have excellent food here, and the pizza is especially good. Looks like they're under new ownership as of not too long ago, and I appreciate that they've made a real effort to make the place look nicer and cleaner inside. It had really become a dump a couple of years ago, and now the seats are nice, the place is painted, much cleaner than before, etc. Would definitely recommend. I only gave four instead of five because last two times I was there, spaced more than a month apart, they still didn't have a working soda machine and you had to get sodas in cans. That's a deal-breaker for me. First time I get, but come back more than a month later and still no working soda machine? I hope that gets fixed soon, as I really need that fountain drink. Overall, though, this is definitely a local business...

I stopped in to pick up pizza that was ordered for our kids. I was looking at them and you need to find something I could have as I am gluten-free. I discovered they had a great option where I could create a bowl with all of the ingredients I liked!! I decided on a chicken shawarma bowl. I had rice and greens as well as chickpeas feta cheese tzatziki sauce a really great garlic sauce cucumbers and many more! It was made fresh right in front of me and they added more of any ingredient I requested. The lid barely closed on the bowl. It was excellent one of the best meals I've been able to pick up quick close to home. I highly suggest if you're ordering pizza for the kids you walk in and get your own Bowl! Staff was great and offered to help me and even inform me about my options. They offered a lot more than just chicken shawarma but that was what I chose for the evening. I will definitely...
