Arundel Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Like this place a lot, one of the few places close to me that I actually like to go to. I have purchased pizza here several times and have heard several people say that their pizza is better than some of the major pizza chains. I myself go for the cheesesteak and I love the taste. I've tried several places near me for a good cheesesteak and this is my go to place. Also worth mentioning that the staff is always polite and friendly which can make all the difference! Arundel Pizza is open until 11. They are 11 minutes from where I live. I order pizza at 9:31, one medium pizza, two sodas. At 1032 I call and the person says "We tried knocking on the garage but there was no answer" in which I replied "there is no garage, it's an apartment." He said "Oh it should be there in 15 minutes." at 10:50 I start calling, and there is no answer. They charge your card immediately, therefore I've already paid for pizza I never got. We've had this place a few times now and the food is great. They don't skimp on the meat in their subs and the wings and fries are delicious. However, I didn't care for the chicken on the alfredo pizza, it was too dry. The only real downside too this place is that they don't open till 4 pm, which is later than my family and I prefer to eat. Also, the website allows you to place an order when they're closed instead of informing you that they're closed. If they opened earlier, they'd get a lot more...
