Most of the staff are great, friendly, and go above and beyond.
But there are a few bad apples there that earned them two stars. There is one guy that will avoid eye contact so he doesn’t have to take your order and rather force you to use the kiosk.
The manager is one of the worst. I had ordered an ice cream cake online and reserved it a month in advance. The morning of the event, I went in and they didn’t have it. After they investigated, the manager said they got the order a month ago and got the cake then, when I didn’t pick it up they put it in the freezer to sell. He then gaslit me and asked “who puts in an order a month in advance?” He refused to do a charge back. There was no reasoning with this guy, I left and filed a complaint with my credit card and got my money back.
