Absolutely the worst subway I have ever went to , On may 28 around 2:40 after I picked my kids up from school I decided to stop by and get some food for my kids normally I just order it and take it home no issues but on that day my kids & husband decided that they wanted to dine in I agree we sat down around 2:40 after ordering our food I order a footlong meal w chips and a drink a cup drink I only order one meal because my kids are under the age of 5 and did not need separate chips or drinks after ordering our food and getting our cup we sat down and as soon as we poured a drink into the cup it started leaking we tried to ignore it but the leak was to deep and the cup keep making the table wet all over decided to ask the man in the picture for a new cup because it had a hole in it , he gave us a new cup and this cup also had a whole in it , we had got a medium paper cup and we had asked him could we just get the plastic one so it doesn’t keep leaking and he said NO that’s extra and we would have to pay for it we showed him the cup where it was leaking and all he said was “ Drink it fast so it doesn’t spill “ he did not give us a extra cup instead gave us another cup that had a hole in it too and both of the cups kept leaking I was over it and decided to just let my kids finish their meal right when my kids were almost done they decided they wanted to refil their broke cup back up mind you I haven’t left the store I bought my food and we dined I’m never left the store before this last refil my kids had got about 3/4 refills one because it was super hot outside and 2 they were eating their food 3 the CUP HAD A HOLE IN IT . the last time when my kids decided to get one last refill before we left the store I let my older kid get the last refill while I was watching him no more then 5 feet away from the them , The subways worker ( Female in the picture ) decided it was okay to look at my child and tell them ( how many refills are you going to get this is your 5th refill) I got super offended and asked her to address me and not my 5 year old I asked her is that the policy? I asked her where does it say I’m not allow to have over 5 refills ? She proceeded to tell me ( Your only allow to refill once ) she said that’s is how subways does it , I got super offended because I love subway i dine in most of the time in all different locations and I have never had a employee ever tell me that you’re only allow to get one refill of your are dining in . Read moreExperience was alright, but there were some setbacks. We went inside, and we ordered a sandwich. There was a lot of yelling, and with the combination of us being half-deaf, it wasn’t the easiest hard to hear. So we ended up ordering the half sub. And since we’re broke, our plan was to split the sandwich in half. So we ended up each eating a quarter of a sandwich. They didn’t give us any tools or utensils, so i had to split the sandwich with my bare hands. To make it worse, we had to EAT the sandwich with our bare hands. And my phone alarm kept going off with the sci-fi ringtone, which i believe is the fault of the sandwich.

Read moreFelt the need to leave a review because this place had a pretty low rating, but we decided to try it out anyway after seeing most people’s complaints were with the customer service and not the food itself. Had a perfectly average and positive experience here like I’d expect at any average subway(at least what you’d hope to expect). The service was good and I was pleased to find the steak wasn’t nasty as I’ve found some places occasionally serving nasty batches of steak meat that tasted off or was fatty/had too much connective tissue.
