Carmen's Italian Ice at Clarksburg Market — Restaurant in Maryland

Hello I’m contacting because I went to Carmen’s Italian Ice at the address 23329 Fredrick Rd Clarksburg, MD 20871. The customer service is HORRIBLE & unacceptable. This lady right here handed me a sample of mango water ice that had a long piece of hair inside of it. I kindly asked for a different spoon to taste the water ice & she had an attitude the whole time while serving me & my family. I asked her if she could make my water ice & my family’s gelati a certain way & she refused. She kept messing up the order & I had to ask her for an extra cup to make it the way i requested. She was nasty towards us the whole time, kept giving us attitudes so I politely asked for a refund. She was mad that I wanted a refund & she was slamming the register in our faces , yelling at us in our face & then she threw the refund which I asked for in our face. I threw the money back because that’s not how you serve PAYING CUSTOMERS. She was in the wrong she had no reason to be like that towards us. She went to get the manager & the manager was yelling in our face saying that it was okay for her to be nasty & rude to us because she’s an employee which makes no sense. When I asked for their names & a store number nobody would give it to us. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. I literally came here 3 days ago before coming back today & had no issue with the older lady that served me. She made it exactly how I asked no questions no problems. These two people that I am showing you were nasty & rude. I will not be coming back to this location. They need to learn how to treat their customers & I hope someone does something about this. I will never spend money...

Honestly just wanted some custard in this hot weather. First off the custard isn’t custard it’s literally ice cream, no vanilla flavor just tastes straight up like milk. I ordered two and tried asking for it in a clear cup rather thank the paper one, and I wouldn’t mind paying extra because I wanted it on the go, less mess, which is understandable, the lady refused so I had to settle for the cup, which I was ok with, but she hands me the cup with the custard, messy and clearly dripping down the sides, and she only gave me a single cup, it wasn’t even worth repurchasing the second one I’d asked for at that point, I hardly leave reviews anywhere but half the issues could have been prevented and they really unnecessarily...

Order an ice cream sandwich which was for $5.00 and a large mint chocolate chip shake. Well the ice cream sandwich was way over priced and the shake didn’t taste like mint.
