Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Maryland

Service now seems to fall in line with your standard chick-fil-a. Have not had issues here in months.

Recently moved to the area (Forest Hill). We used to go to chick-fil-a A LOT (Abingdon, Whitemarsh, Towson, and even Essex). If i could say we have eaten a total 250 meals between these locations, ibe be willing to say we have only ever had under 10 orders messed up.

We started going to the Forest Hill location once we moved. We've eaten here right around 20 times so far - theyve screwed up HALF of our orders. They genuinely have a 50% failure rate at this point. Not always major issues. For example if I get kids meals and don't get one of my kids drinks. Or they'll give me all of my food but forget the fries. Or if we order a chicken sandwich with no pickles, we get one with pickles. Even got someone else's order after verifying my name/car.

Posting this right after we left this location the night before last; we got two large meals and two kids meals. Not only did they forget one of the kids meals when they made me pull into the Kohl's parking lot while they brought me our order (after waiting 40min between the line and after we had to park at Kohl's), after we finally got all of our food I noticed we were missing the milks for my kids drinks. I have to walk back up in the side to complain and that's when they said "oh - we are out of milks".

So instead of telling me that.... They just didn't put them in the bag when they brought them to me? Who does that??

With all that said, they did make it right each time by fixing the order without any guff, but still, the annoyance of having a large majority of my order screwed up from this location is pretty crazy.

Also.... this review is not based on any other location. Purely based on the Forest Hill location which is where we have experienced 98% of our issues.

I gave three out of five stars because the food is still pretty good as expected. And they do a decent job of trying to...

Chick-fil-A is crazy fast. 🔥 I really admire how efficient their drive thru and inside services run. Other businesses could learn from their processes.

CFA is so fast that for dine-in sometimes the food comes out right as we are getting situated in our seats. Walked into this location recently on a Saturday when the lunch crowd hadn't gotten going yet. Ordered a sandwich, nuggets, fries 🍟, and drinks. Sat down. 5 min passed and was thinking it was strange no food. But... it was only 5 min. ⏰ Other people came in, ordered to go, and left with their food. After 5 more min, I was walking up and Lynn A. asked what was wrong. I said we hadn't gotten our food yet. She went back and checked. There had been an error and our food was marked as complete or something. Seems this may have happened to more than us from looking around. Once Lynn took the receipt, we had our food in a few min. We even got some small gift cards 💰 on the house.

My niece mentioned she had seen Lynn before when visiting this location. Lynn was very friendly. 😊 She was cleaning tables and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Her customer service was amazing.

I have been to this location many times with no delays. Issues happen but how they are handled is really important to me as a customer. I don't often review fast food places but thought this location deserved 5 stars ⭐ for Lynn! The food is always hot and the dining area was very clean. Will try to take pics the next...

This restaurant is in a very convenient location, but this has its drawbacks. I mainly come through the Drive Thru and it is always packed - sometimes even out into the parking lot. It's not surprising considering how frustrating the drive thru experience can be sometimes. The people who take your order try to be slow and accurate. They repeat your order multiple times to make sure they get everything, and sometimes your order still is not right! Lastly, you almost always have to order your drinks with light ice because they fill the cup almost entirely with ice.

These frustrations are minor overall. The food is almost always amazing. The chicken is almost always tender, juicy, and flavorful. Sometimes there is bad meat in the chicken though and I've noticed this more and more lately in the sandwiches - not so much in the strips or nuggets.

This place would easily be five stars if it wasn't for the drive thru issues. It just takes way too long sometimes. Beverages are also a bit overpriced (McDonalds give's you a large drink for a buck while Chick-fil-A charges you 2.01! That adds up!) Otherwise, the food is usually always perfect,...
