Best customer service & of course food :) We placed an online order on Saturday, when we got there the guy told us there was no order for us. So we left, when we got home they called to let us know our food has been there waiting, I informed them what happened and they apologized endlessly, not a big deal we were over it at that point. I then received an email from them apologizing for what happened and they offered money off our next order. So the next day since we were still craving Chinese food we placed a lunch order, when I gave her my phone number while placing the order she remembered my phone number right away and began apologizing again. When I went to pick up the order she gave it to me for no charge, and again told me how sorry she was. Mistakes happen but being a great business with awesome customer service they made sure to make up for it and it blew me away! The food is always great and they go to great depths to make sure to take care of their customers. Support this business, you wont be...
Read moreI typically have a better experience with their food. Since this is the second time this happened I felt I needed to post. I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and the container was filled with almost all celery. Not only did it ruin the taste but the lack of variety of veggies was poor. I could actually count the other veggies- 3 mini corns, 1 mushroom, and 2 chunks of green pepper. (I have a pic but my phone not allowing me to post it) The rest all celery, mounds of it. After it happened the first time, I would request to go light on the celery. I would then get a nice variety of veggies. I stopped requesting this since there had been no problems until now. I really shouldn't have to request not to put all celery in the dish. I guess I'll have to keep noting this in my future orders or try...
Read moreAffordable, cute little spot. Probably a good place for a quick lunch or a night you don't want to cook, but overall I was pretty disappointed. The crab Rangoon weren't bad, but the oil definitely had a strange taste compared to other restaurants I get it at. Might just need to change the oil.
The Kung Pao chicken...not so much. Kind of lacking flavor, had wayyyyyyy to much celery in it, and the chow mien was a tad on the wet side for my personal taste.
I wouldn't go back personally, but I could just be used to the way the local restaurants make it. Definitely cheap enough that you could give it a shot and if you don't like it it's only a...
