Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

Visited this store with my family ( party of 6) and it was a Friday night and it was “kids night” we got there around 6pm.. we ordered a lg pizza and 1 pizza to go and a order of wings & the children got 2 personal pans for free and we ordered 1 more.. let’s start by saying we waited over an hour and my husband asked where our food was because other families were eating whom came in after us. They didn’t put our order in until an hour after we arrived.. the “to-go” pizza came out before our other food so we sent it back.. my sister ordered wings that were still very very raw and pink ( gross) and then we got our lg pizza and the children did NOT get their pizzas until we were cashing out to leave. I don’t understand this place, nobody can seem to get this place in order no matter how many managers they fire/hire. A young boy told the manager ( in front of us) that he was gonna slap her ( joking or not very unpleasant) if this restaurant doesn’t work together as a team and support each other then it will go downhill very fast. Between the RAW chicken and forgotten food they seemed quite annoyed. Yes, the raw chicken DID get the person sick.. FYI and safety check your food!! We walked in for lunch, and after 5 minutes and someone asking us if we've been greeted yet, we were sat an absolutely filthy table and given no menus.

After another 15 minutes, I walked up to the hostess station, explained we had not been seen or given menus. I was told someone would be right with us. Another 5 minutes goes by and a server comes to the table, apologizes, and asks what we'd like to order. I reiterated again we were not given menus. She apologized again, and it took her 3 minutes to bring our menus.

Our table was so sticky with grime our menus actually stuck to the table. She took our drink order when giving our menus, and while I saw her helping other tables, another 10 minutes go by without her returning with our drinks. We just got up and left. After almost 45 minutes and not having so much as a glass of water it was not worth it. At their rate of service, it would have taken an hour and a half to eat.

There were only 4 other filled tables in the entire establishment, so it cannot be blamed on anything other than sheer apathy and disregard.

This was not the best. Our food was tasty but there were issues with the way the food came out. We ordered regular bread sticks, boneless chicken wings and a personal Supreme pizza. The chicken came out first and then the bread sticks15 minutes later. My personal pizza was smaller than normal but that wasn't the issue. The issue was it took an hour to come out. Not sure why. They did say after 40 minutes that it was almost done. That was not true because it took another 20 minutes for it to come out. The manager did come over and said they will take 20 percent off the bill. I am not sure what happened but wish they were honest about the whole thing. A little personal pizza at most would take 10 minutes and even less as small as it was. My son and I laughed at it because it was the size of the appetizer plate. Lol But I must say it...
